4290 Bells Ferry Road Suite 134, Kennesaw GA 30144
“Pretty good. I rented a UHaul here and service was spot on, I was able to pick it up during open hours and drop ot back.off after hours using the UHaul mobile app. The man running the store was polite and helpful, the transaction quick and it was explained well. I understand it's under new ownership, so whatever happened with previous owners in the older reviews doesn't really apply anymore.”

“We always have an outstanding experience with Randy at The UPS Store in Kennesaw! He is always fast, efficient, and provides exceptional customer service. No matter what printing project we bring him, he consistently exceeds our expectations. One of Randy's greatest strengths is his design work. We can give him just a simple concept or idea, and within a day or two he has a professional design ready for us to review. Even better, our materials are typically printed and ready the very next day. His turnaround time is incredible! We've trusted him with everything from signs and flyers to postcards, business cards, and other marketing materials, and the quality is always excellent. If you need printing, design, or marketing materials of any kind, Randy is the person to call. On top of all that, Randy is a proud supporter of Together We Care, a nonprofit serving individuals with disabilities and their families. His business has generously sponsored our organization, and we are incredibly grateful for his commitment to giving back to the community. We highly recommend Randy and The UPS Store in Kennesaw for all your printing and design needs!”

“I can’t say enough good things about the team at this UPS Store location. Every single time I walk through the door, I’m greeted with genuine friendliness and great energy. Shipping packages, handling Amazon returns, or getting items printed can usually feel like a chore, but this team makes it completely painless and remarkably efficient. Even when there’s a long line out the door, they stay calm, work fast, and keep everything moving seamlessly without ever rushing you or cutting corners. It’s rare to find a store where every employee is consistently patient, knowledgeable, and ready to help. They’ve earned a loyal customer for life, and I won't take my shipping anywhere else!”

“Tarana is the best. Truly top-tier customer service! I’ve visited several shipping centers over the years, but this particular UPS Store sets the standard. The staff is consistently warm, approachable, and eager to resolve any issue you bring to the counter. Whether I’m dropping off a quick return or need guidance on the best way to package fragile items securely, they take the time to answer my questions and ensure everything is handled properly. Their attention to detail and positive attitudes make a massive difference. It is always a seamless, stress-free experience from start to finish. Huge thanks to the whole crew for all their hard work!”
