Despite them being busy as they always are, they took the time to show me what my options are. By morning he had a design ready for me, he even took the time to add a QR code. By noon my order was ready. I was blown away by the level of help I received and the speed. UPS and Jeff really saved me on this one. I won’t forget.”
“I've been coming to this store for years now, love this place which is called my second home because of it's friendly staff, especially Kayla. I finally opened a virtual mailbox which I need. The process went smoothly, hopefully my growth and success will continue, glad they are there for me. I also come to this place to drop off my Amazon returns. A couple of tips to avoid frustrations, sometimes Amazon or any other vendor would email you a pre-paid label instead of a bar code. Make sure you print before coming to the store. For me, the $2 fee isn't that much, however, be prepared. Also, on a Sunday, call ahead to see if the store is open. Looking forward to continue my patronage at this awesome place!”
