Jarmaine and Steve were awesome with the maintenance request I put in. I put it in at 9pm and they were here at 10:00 the next morning to fix the issue👍

I had a leak that was unnoticed. The maintenance team came 1st thing in the AM and addressed. They were very professional and kept me informed .

The maintenance team Jermaine, Johnny & Steve are the best this community has had in our 7 years here. Service requests are addressed quickly even with large items like appliances needing to be replaced. Though i have limited interactions with the front office the staff is polite and attentive.

I had an issue with my toilet not flushing jarmaine fixed it less than 5 minutes then he noticed I was missing a screw and he replaced it right away his service was outstanding im very satisfied!

I had a clogged garbage disposal and Jarmaine and Steve came and took care of it right away. They are very professional and accommodating! I always receive excellent service when they are sent to address maintenance issues. Thank you both!

We were just looking at places in the area when we came across Avana. Darius was so helpful, kind and knowledgeable. The apartment we toured was so clean and very nice! The amenities are also a huge plus!

This place is absolutely horrible. The so called staff needs to be evaluated. They have the property manager Marion Smith who recently left after being exposed for messing with the little 22 year old maintenance supervisor Carlos. He is the same age as her daughter and she has no shame. Her younger children have caught her and Carlos making out. SMH. There have been several complaints of him coming into residents apartments smelling like weed but because him and Marion were messing around he still has his job. They will act like they care to get you in and once you are in, you are non existent to them. They will add additional fees to your rent without your knowledge and you are expected to pay or you will be put up for eviction. They falsify documents because they can't stand on their own word. PURE COWARDS. Jamie is the reginal manager who has the worse attitude. She hasnt come across the correct individual who will put her in her place.Im praying to see this day come. It doesnt cost a thing to be kind. We are all going through stuff. Smh don't do it to yourself.

I haven’t moved in yet, but the apartment hunting process was AMAZING with Shamara and Avery. Shamara was the main leasing agent I dealt with. She was so professional and knowledgeable about the apartments. I was able to look at 4 different apartments and 1 townhouse. She really made the overall experience quite pleasant. Avery helped out when Shamara was unavailable. He was also very knowledgeable and professional.

If I could give a 0 star I would. Just know if your oven AND stove stop working in the evening, they will not help you fix the issue until NEXT day. They don’t care to help you fix emergencies at all. Just know they will take your money but not help you fix your maintenance issues. My dishwasher has not worked for over a month. They don’t care at all.

Shamara was great! So sweet, she was so honest with us about everything and gave us so much info. We are both from the same area so we clicked so well. She's awesome! Allthough, I decided to continue with another apartment complex, Avana is is beautiful and well kept!
