Good so far. Haven't been here long but the people seem really friendly. Only negative so far is some people don't pick up after there dog and those that do are met with overflowing waste bins.

I have been living in Avana for three years. Our place flooded on Christmas day and this has still not fixed it or done anything !!! They are also still charging us full rent and the flooring and sheetrock are completely ripped out.This is a horrible place to live that doesn't help their residents at all!
