Needed to get my alternator replaced and Skip and his team went above and beyond to get the job done the same day. I was unable to get the part myself for 4 days but it was able to be delivered to pep boys that morning. The team was able to get it installed by early afternoon and had me on the road again! 10/10

Hands down best oil change experience I have ever had! Elizabeth was a breath of fresh air and made sure I was in the know from start to finish and Because of her I will be back and she will handle all my service from this point forward!

I had a flat tire and after I got the tire changed I went to Pep Boys at George Busby Kennesaw. They were straight across the street from were I was. I walked in and Will got my car in quickly. The tech, who was a very nice young man went to work right away fixing my tire. No charge. Thank you both so much!
