I drove an hr to make it before 6pm because they close at 6 based on google. I arrived at 5:04 and the lady shouted through the doors “I know we close at 6 but we closed at 5” and didn’t help me. Update your hours or work on your customer service!

As a client who banks there, they would not let my 4 year old use a restroom. Like really she is 4, I’ll be going elsewhere business. Guess I should have looked the the reviews before driving here. This location is horrible!

Had fraud on our account, they refuse to give provisional credit like BBT and Suntrust and when trying to get higher up the chain, they hang up on us every time after multiple hour waits just to get through to main line. We will be moving everything tomorrow. Do not bank at Truist.

Deposited a check and they withdrew it for an "administrative hold" for 2 weeks. They withdrew the money before showing the check as posted. This resulted in a negative balance of a few hundred dollars. As a result, woke up to not only the administrative hold, but also $108 in overdraft fees in less than 10 hours. Online chat told me I'm entitled to 1 fee being waived in a 2 year period. Went in person and the teller told me I shouldn't have been charged due to it being a bank issue. She said she couldn't waive the fees and it had to be a manager who wasn't there that day. Asked when I could come back, she said "try next Tuesday" but couldn't tell me a time. Then another teller argued with me (not sure why she butted in honestly) saying it's my fault. When I explained the situation she said "I guess come back when the manager is here and figure it out" I've tried messaging on Facebook and Instagram. There's no way to truly escalate this without calling the 800 number. Believe the reviews and stay far away from this bank. They will do whatever they can to scam people out of money and ignore you when you try to do something about it. Never had these issues with Wells Fargo, United, or any other Bank.

I walked in this branch to open an account, whoever the loud and rude individual they have behind the glass shouting instead of being personal with people was rude and not friendly. When people come inside a bank, some don’t want their business told to everyone. Her attitude was salty and nobody cared that I wasn’t being serviced.

An absolute terrible location long lines it's offices, minimal staff on hand. Truist has been a nightmare. We were Suntrust customers but now forced to deal with this Truist mess. It will be a hassle and big inconvenience but I'm thinking we're going to change banks after 30 years. Takes 20 minutes to get someone to open a safety deposit Box. Long lines and empty dark offices. There's always an excuse as to why they don't have adequate staff. If you're looking for a bank consider anyone else but these people. I feel bad for the employees.... Problem must be at the executive management level.

I been with bb&t almost 7 years. I went to get some roll of penny but teller said she doesnt have. Not even one dollar of penny. What kind of bank doesnt have couple of penny rolls. Had to drive 15 min to another location and got whole bax of penny. After all i guess the teller was so lazy to get penny from vault

Customer Beware when using the ATM machines at this location. Machine took $250.00 from me without depositing it into bank account. You will not be able to go into the bank to get your money back. You have to call a toll free number instead. What an inconvenience.

I have never been treated so poorly by a bank. So I moved my business to regions. Unfortunately my mom is still a customer and she needed help with her safety deposit box. The bank was empty but they said they couldn’t help us. My mom has been a customer for 40 years!!!!!! Zoe has been rude to me and my mom on multiple occasions and both branches.
