They have always been pleasant when I've been in here. I've read about some of the experiences people have had and I know which people/person you're referring to but I'm guessing they were having a bad day. I prefer this location bc it's close to my home and everyone has always been friendly.

Been here a few times to drop off some UPS packages... this is a nice convenient location and their is a lady who works here who is always friendly.
