This store is awful, came here today 45 mins before they closed. They had us wait 30 mins and right at closing time tell us that they are closed and we would have to come back. Ridiculous

6+ months ago I created an account with Verizon in hopes of switching from my previous provider. When I did this, I could never actually access my account (couldn’t login, couldn’t pay anything, etc.). I kept receiving phone calls from Verizon to pay my bill but I had only had their service for one day and since I couldn’t access anything I joined ATT (which has been great).
Flash forward to 3 months ago, I was receiving bills for $50+ for an account I could never access. This is because it was deactivated. After hours of called and meeting with customer service in person, I was told that I wouldn’t have to worry about anything with this deactivated Verizon account. They said I was good and not to worry. A couple months ago I received an email that I now owed $5.50 and this went to collections.
Today, I went to this in-person Verizon store and Jessenia, the store manager, was very understanding and helpful. She helped me try to find my account number and point me in the right direction for who to contact next.
Overall, my experience at this store was wonderful as far as customer service is concerned.

Staff was very helpful. Jessenia and everyone else I interacted with were great. I had a super old phone and they helped me transfer over my data to a new phone and got me up and running. It took a few tries to get my new phone set up but she figured out what the problem was made some changes and now I have a fully functional phone. Thank you so much!!!

They do not have good customer service and will not honor what the Verizon customer service agents put in the notes on your account. I was told to come into the store for a product that would be replaced for free, they did not honor it despite the notes on my account stating I was to get a replacement product. I will go to another Verizon store next time. I got the feeling they did not want to give me the product DESPITE that I was told by Verizon customer service agent I could get replacement. I was not happy with the store at all today. The salesperson today also marked my appointment as cancelled as if I never showed up to the appointment. I get a cancelled notification AFTER I leave the store. Im assuming this is a practice the store does if the salesperson does not make a sale. This location needs work and the other reviews confirm this.

John is the man to see. He made the experience so much better for me after i broke my phone and wanted to upgrade. Very educated on products and deals. Great person honestly.

Usually I get pretty good service from this Verizon. Not so much from Stevie today. Came in with a tech error on an Apple Watch when we continued in circles repeating the same steps I mentioned he quite literally just gave up told me I could wait for a manager in 30 minutes??? Didn’t call for additional support to their corp offices didn’t try to offer me another solution just welp you have to wait.

I went online to Verizon's website and set up new service for my family. They transferred all 3 phone numbers from T-mobile and got 3 new phones. It took 5 hours to finish during which Verizon's network crashed 4 times and I dealt with 3 different representatives. They sent the charge to my bank even. Then nothing happened 4 days later I went to this store to try and figure out what was going on because no one reachable by phone could figure it out. So the store finally after an hour admitted they couldn't figure it out either and nobody from 3 different departments they called on the phone at Verizon corporate could either. Then I called customer service again from the parking lot where someone finally said they thought it had been referred to fraud. At which case I told them I was a previous customer who was trying to come back they then put me on hold for half an hour then someone hung up on me. We waited until Tuesday and they finally reversed the charge and the money never went through after 6 days. Me and my family stayed with T-mobile I would advise anyone to look elsewhere most definitely for a business to not be able the process a contract and run our credit 3 times completely and then refer us to fraud send a charge to my bank and then eventually deny us service and it took an entire week from Thursday one week until the night of the following Tuesday to even figure out what they were doing, not to mention 6 customer service representative 2 supervisors a whole retail location and a fraud department, well I don't think I would trust them to even know how there treating there customers much less do it correctly!

If you are looking for cellphone provider that not give you reliable cell service but all want to get some amazing customer service, come see Jessenia and her staff. They definitely help me get me the best plan that fits my needs and helped inform my with latest and greatest cell phone device and accessories. The entire process to around 30 mins and that mainly due to the fact I did remember my login information. Jessenia is very knowledge and humble. If by some miracle the CEO of verizon read this assessment I would suggest that you invite her to sit down conversation an allow her to develop programs for customer service training and product information. Also if you are going offer smart watches stock up on the accessories as it was a let down that I need to go elsewhere to get bands. As usual I like leave on positive note. I would say that verizon wireless is leading the industry and there future looks bright and if they invest in customer service rather an the bottom line I know God will take care of them. Look a chick-fil-a they close on sunday and they really focus on customer service and are leading their industry. Thank you for take the time to read my assessment of verizon and Jessenia I pray this review opens all the door that you have been praying for.

Rea was fantastic today. What a pleasure to work with this staff and Rea showing her knowledge of the systems and going the extra mile as I was returning phones. Shout out to Rea and her staff, they made it a a fantastic experience today. So simple and courteous. Go work with this staff, you will be glad you did!

The customer service is terrible. Our family has only been with Verizon for a few months, and the bill has not been correct once. When we go to the store to discuss the issue, there are so many other people in line that also have problems with billing. Having to spend several hours on the phone with customer service is such a waste because the system cannot save the corrections, and we get the same inflated bill again and again. Not worth it. :-/

Went to this store 3 times to receive help but I never got the help I needed. All I got was a guy named Colby ( MGR ) to give me the run around, lie about issues I needed addressed & to only never respond to my texts I sent to him. I have months of documentation to validate all this. I joined Verizon in 2015 during my final days in the military. I decided this company is full of incompetent people in person & over the phone. Therefore I became a T-Mobile customer as of yesterday.

Today I’m giving Raven (General Manager), Jessenia, Todd, John and Bryan all five stars for their top tier customer service. Everyone was extremely knowledgeable, patient, kind and helpful. I would definitely recommend this location.
