If you are looking for cellphone provider that not give you reliable cell service but all want to get some amazing customer service, come see Jessenia and her staff. They definitely help me get me the best plan that fits my needs and helped inform my with latest and greatest cell phone device and accessories. The entire process to around 30 mins and that mainly due to the fact I did remember my login information. Jessenia is very knowledge and humble. If by some miracle the CEO of verizon read this assessment I would suggest that you invite her to sit down conversation an allow her to develop programs for customer service training and product information. Also if you are going offer smart watches stock up on the accessories as it was a let down that I need to go elsewhere to get bands. As usual I like leave on positive note. I would say that verizon wireless is leading the industry and there future looks bright and if they invest in customer service rather an the bottom line I know God will take care of them. Look a chick-fil-a they close on sunday and they really focus on customer service and are leading their industry. Thank you for take the time to read my assessment of verizon and Jessenia I pray this review opens all the door that you have been praying for.

Rea was fantastic today. What a pleasure to work with this staff and Rea showing her knowledge of the systems and going the extra mile as I was returning phones. Shout out to Rea and her staff, they made it a a fantastic experience today. So simple and courteous. Go work with this staff, you will be glad you did!

The customer service is terrible. Our family has only been with Verizon for a few months, and the bill has not been correct once. When we go to the store to discuss the issue, there are so many other people in line that also have problems with billing. Having to spend several hours on the phone with customer service is such a waste because the system cannot save the corrections, and we get the same inflated bill again and again. Not worth it. :-/

Today I’m giving Raven (General Manager), Jessenia, Todd, John and Bryan all five stars for their top tier customer service. Everyone was extremely knowledgeable, patient, kind and helpful. I would definitely recommend this location.

The customer service here is genuinely so poor. When I walked in, the five employees looked at me as if I was not welcome and did not greet me or ask me anything. Even after I asked the gentleman standing up front if he could help me pick up my order, he looked at me and walked off. A different employee finally helped me, but it is very apparent that customer service is not something they stress here.

Hands down the best Verizon location I've been to. Jessenia listened to my issue and swiftly handled my problem. The whole experience was exactly how customer service should be.

So disappointed, careless staff with no knowledge or desire to help someone NOT BUYING. I went to switch from postpaid to prepaid. Asked me to call customer service and didn’t help me with my questions. Passing me to each other and none of them knew how to help! I just left the branch.

I was in the store on 7/28 purchasing a new phone. The associate that helped me was Stevie and I had a wonderful experience with him. He was knowledgeable, answered every question I had, and I was out the door within an hour with a brand new iPhone. I also want to add that there was a very disgruntled man (who has absolutely no sense of what it takes to run a business in an orderly fashion) who caused a major scene, even yelling curse words with small children in the store, and every associate on the floor handled it with grace and professionalism. I know that not everyone has a positive experience in places like this but mine was so good, I had to share it. Please make an appointment, bring your patience, and don't be a jerk to the people who are trying to provide you with quality service. THANKS STEVIE! I'll be back.

First time at this location. Walked in and it was slammed. Thankfully, we were just picking up new phones. An associate checked us in and within minutes someone else came out with our products. We were in and out within minutes! Great experience overall.

I visited this store on May 16th, 2023. I was assisted by Gabriel and store manager Raven. I bought the Google Pixel 7 Pro and Samsung Fios tablet. I'm not the biggest fan of the Pixel's user/interface but the phone takes wonderful pictures and I love my tablet! I want to give Raven and Gabriel a special shout out. It took 7 hours to start my account and process my order, but Raven and Gabriel were so kind and patient with me and took time to explain everything and made sure I understood everything and worked with me. They did their absolute best. I'm so happy I came to this store and I would definitely go back. Raven is sweet and easy to talk to. Gabriel is charismatic and funny.

Absolutely terrible service. First time I went I waited a half hour before someone asked me what I needed and I just needed a pickup that was handled in less than 5mins.This recent visit I waited OVER AN HOUR just to drop off my trade in. Kept being told I couldn't even though the website said I could. Then had 2 people serviced before me althought they arrived after me, just so I can be given a box and told to go to UPS to drop it off.Never again with this store. Not sure how they're still open when they consistently give terrible service.

We went in today to switch over and we were not greeted. Not even one hello. After about 15 min of waiting, the lady comes in (from her lunch break) like she did not want to be here. After another 10 min of waiting, she comes over closer so I tell my boyfriend "oh I think she is coming over to help" she doesn't say a word like "one moment or one second please" nothing. The customer service was horrible so we walked out. We would like the switching experience to be enjoyable.
