“My dog was in pain and my regular vet's office was closed for remodeling. The Vet Clinic was able to see me immediately and I was so pleased with the service. The entire staff was compassionate and understanding of my concerns. I am happy to say my dog is no longer in pain and is doing well. Dr. Carder was wonderful and I would definitely use him again in the future. The tech "intern" which I can not remember her name was also very good. They need to hire her permanently after her internship is over! Overall GREAT experience.”

“Can't remember if I already did a review but just in case, this place is awesome: When you call there is always someone there to answer and assist you, you don't have to book too far in advance (within reason of course), everyone is super friendly and helpful, and they're great about sending reminders for upcoming appointments/vaccine updates/etc. Above all you can really tell that the staff truly cares about your pet. They don't just treat your pets problems but they actively work towards fixing them if at all possible.P.S: I was a big, blubbering baby when I had to drop our second dog off to be neutered, but I knew how much they love our puppy so it was a huge comfort knowing I left him in the best possible hands ❤️ he was fine of course lol.”
“The doctors and techs have treated us like family for decades and through many puppies, dogs, and a cat. They have always handled our pets with love, patience, and affection. Our care has been superb. We have rarely waited more than two minutes to get in. The facility isn't fancy, but that is part of the charm and probably why their prices are reasonable. We usually see Dr. Anderson and absolutely love her.”
“I’ve taken my pets to Lassiter Animal Hospital for over 20 years and have never been let down. My most recent experience is what led to this review. The entire team at Lassiter Animal Hospital is truly incredible. They literally saved my dog’s life by performing a life saving splenectomy. During which they cared for him (and me) with the utmost compassion and empathy. They have also been a part of several end of life decisions over the years. This is one of the toughest decisions a pet parent can make but the staff at Lassiter Animal Hospital know how to make it as peaceful as possible. “Dr. Wilson and the entire staff at The Veterinary Clinic West are absolutely AMAZING. We made yearly a check up appointment for our fairly extensive snake collection today (01/30/2024). We brought 16 snakes in and Dr. Wilson and Andre went through each one, taking their time, getting weights, checking their mouths, looking them over from head to tail. We got through all 16 in exactly 1 hour from start to finish and they even helped carry containers in and out the start and end of the appointment! Just really great people who know how to make their clients and their animals feel welcome, heard and cared for! We gladly make the hour and a half drive for The Veterinary Clinic West.”
“I was looking for a USDA accredited Vet to help me figure out what I needed done in order to take Nico, my Cat with me to Argentina. We were fortunate to have found the West Marietta Veterinary Clinic. Eve was excellent from the first call I made. She was so knowledgeable and guided me through this confusing process.Eve and the Vet processed our paperwork in a timely manner. I cannot thank them enough for having made it possible to reunite Nico with the rest of our family!. “After a horrible emergency vet experience and a weekend of crying, I made an appointment to put my little dog to sleep. I made the appointment with Town & Country, they were very helpful and empathetic in answering my questions. I arrived sure that my little dog would not be returning home with me. To my surprise after they checked my little dog over they said they could treat him. Instead of a very sad day, it was a very happy day. They , the entire staff were so kind to me and my little dog, we left well informed with meds and food. This place actually cares about pets and pet owners! I’d give them more stars if I could! “I had been taking my Service Animal to a vet in northern GA. I asked for a price for his upcoming appointment. It was $200 more than last year for the same exam and shots as last year. I did a little research and found East Marietta Animal Hospital. I went in and met a very nice staff at the desk. I got prices for the same services. They were much more reasonable. They also had good reviews. I brought my pup in for his appointment. Dr Christine was excellent. She was on the floor loving my pup while poking and prodding. I was very happy with her. I spent $130 less than my original vet, including 6 mo flea, tick and heart worm meds.”

“Dr. Bloomer was great with my sweet Doggie Charlie. We were able to have a real conversation about Charlie's skin issues and everything we had gone through trying to find a diagnosis. The blood test she did helped us to find out he had Cushings Disease and we were able to get him on a medication that helped him grow most of his hair back. Thank you to the whole staff for giving Charlie the best possible quality of life for the rest of his life.”
“So grateful to have found a quality place and warm people. I had a bad experience with the commercial vet clinics like Petco and Petsmart. Upon arrival here, I was greeted by two beautiful ladies at the front desk that made me comfortable and listened to my needs for my pet Bailey. Bailey had been struggling with a skin problem which she encounters every season. This clinic listened and delivered! Now, Bailey is feeling 100% better and is back to my precious dog. She’s happy, she’s playing, she’s smiling. Forever grateful.”
