Every single person from the first phone call to picking up his ashes was sympathetic, patient, compassionate, sweet, and loving. Dr Jen and Destiny explained everything so well and spoiled our dog as much as we do. They made sure our pet and all of his people were comfortable, showed love and kindness, and are the perfect angels needed for this job. So grateful for them and everyone else at sweet dreams! Im not sure how but they made a horrible and tragic situation peaceful”

Dr. Hirst was so attentive during the month long process of getting his glucose controlled. She called me almost daily and texted me from her personal phone one night when he bottomed out with a new plan, what signs to look for, and assured me to not worry. I've never received this kind of care at any other veterinary practice. I especially love that they also dont pressure you or make you feel guilty for bypassing services/vaccines.”

Both vets worked on them for a couple of hours, They kept us updated regularly during treatment and explained everything when we checked out. They took great care of us and made a bad day bearable. “The Vets, staff and front desk personnel are very knowledgeable, personable and friendly. I have a large lab/shepherd mix dog with high anxiety. We need to have him sedated whenever he needs his nails trimmed and vaccines. Dr. Elizabeth Hamblin is excellent and always takes the time to explain what work was done and make recommendations. Also a special callout to Taylor for prepping Cooper and setting him up for the Doctor.”

East Cherokee Veterinary Clinic is hands down the best! Dr. Rob has been our primary vet since they opened in 2017 and I truly can’t sing his praises enough. He always answers all of my questions, is thorough with all of my concerns, and never makes you feel like he’s rushing out of your appointment. He always makes you and your pet feel like a priority. I’ve also had appointments with Dr. Newton, Dr. Sunday, and Dr. Hargett - all of whom are fantastic! In addition to the very best vets, ECVC has the kindest, most compassionate vet techs and staff. Stefanie, Courtney, Bailey, Jess, and Presley are so knowledgeable and always treat my babies like their own. Brenda and Angie run the front desk and are the sweetest ladies you could ask for! I’ve taken a plethora of animals to ECVC - dogs, cats, hens, roosters, turkeys, you name it. Over the years they’ve handled everything for my babies from general well visits to a number of surgeries and I’ve never once walked out their door feeling anything other than immense gratitude. If you want to guarantee the very best care for your pet and feel like family, East Cherokee Veterinary Clinic is the place to go. They have lifelong patients with my babies, that’s for sure. “I found myself at Animal Hospital of Towne Lake after my dog Bear was attacked. From the time we walked in, everyone was compassionate for our stressful and emotional situation. While in the exam room, a thorough examination was done and it was decided Bear needed surgery. We were given an itemized bill so we could see exactly what we would be paying for. I was nervous to leave my baby overnight, but, the staff assured me they would update me and that they did. Even telling me when he was going into surgery. A heartfelt thank you to everyone for being so wonderful! Haven’t really found a vet home yet, but, think we just did! Can’t thank you enough for everything! Bear is recovering and will see you soon for sutures removal.”

Especially, Kaytlyn, she is an exceptional nurse (I hope I spelled your name right, thank you!!). Shes excellent at breaking down complex topics and she truly cares about people's pets and their situations. We were very lucky that Simba fell into her care.

We had to take in Simba for initially an endoscopy but we were told it was no longer an option and he had to have surgery.

The team was quick and the total visit cost less than what we were initially quoted. And, even when we took Simba back, the team made sure to answer all of our questions and provide us with options to contact them.

If your little feline friends is ever in trouble — I highly recommend this place!”
