“My visit wasn't that great. They bought Metro PCS but they cannot help their customers and they said, you're eligible for an upgrade but there will be no specials or discounts which mind you I had EARNED. just sad, why buy a company just to mistreat their customers. Hopefully it will get better soon”

“I had the best experience with them I had a delivery that was scheduled for today. I had called since I had not gotten a call that day. After speaking with Rich had said that it was not ready till Monday. He then explained that he would go ahead and deliver it tonight since that was what was promised. I was so happy that even though he had to deliver after hours it was delivered tonight! He went above and beyond and and I am a very happy customer. Thank you Rich.”

“Great experience. Went in to upgrade my phone to a moto stylus 2023 and the women working their were so friendly and welcoming. Idr all their names right now,but jaylynn was great and Octavia. I hope they stick around for the next time I need something up there.”
