“Absolutely outstanding! Everything! Frederick at checkout was great. See photo attached. Our suite had two bathrooms, a king sized bed, a living room, dining area, kitchen with counter and stools, a wet bar, and two big screen televisions. Will definitely stay here again if in the area.”

“Wow! What a gem! Absolutely astonishingly beautiful stay! A way to get yourself into the history of Florida first hand. Simply a romantic, intimate, magnificent, and one of a kind Florida stay which allows you to get to Amilia beaches for a change of scenery, or a downtown walk to any restaurant or a shop, and just a stay in the room is worth the time to immerse yourself into Florida's past. Can't wait to go back.”

“Have only been to the bar and the atmosphere is delightful. When they have live music sitting out back is so enjoyable. I'm not sure why I didn't frequent this establishment sooner.”

“Nice hotel right off 95. Friendly staff. Has a pool, fitness room, and a free breakfast! Lots of restaurants nearby.

Rooms: Well kept room, lots of space, no noise.”

“This place was amazing. They had everything you could want in a hotel. Sure, they had a clean bed and spacious room. That's a given. But have you had a hotel with FREE hotdogs and 3 dollar drinks? Hotel bars usually charge triple that for a beer. We stayed with another family and the hot dogs were a massive hit with the 5 kids. Would highly recommend.”

“Wonderful, friendly and helpful staff! I just drove up from Tampa and was trying to charge my car when I had to use the facilities. The shortest walk was the hotel behind the chargers. I was greeted as I walked in and was even offered a bottle of water because it was incredibly hot. What great staff! I saw two employees on the first floor working hard to clean guest rooms. If you're in this town for some reason, I have no clue why you would come to Kingsland, Georgia, but stay here if the need arises.”

“Excellent location. Quiet and away from the big city but also close enough to the historic district that it's an hours walk or a short Uber ride to downtown.”

“I absolutely cannot recommend this hotel enough!! We stopped in for a night and from the time we entered to when we checked out. We were so impressed with the exceptional customer service and location of this hotel. Walking distance to the beach and yummy food. Also Richard at the Hotel, went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and he deserves all the praise! I’d Definitely recommend booking here for your next stay in beautiful Fernandina Beach. ?”

“I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Seaside Amelia Hotel, and I must say, it was a delightful experience. The hotel boasts an excellent location, right on the water, offering serene views and a tranquil atmosphere. One of the highlights of this hotel is its proximity to local attractions and activities. Everything you might want to do is just a stone’s throw away, making it a perfect base for exploring the area. The breakfast served at the hotel was another pleasant surprise. A good range of options, all fresh and tasty, provided the perfect start to our days. It’s always great to have a hearty breakfast before setting out for a day of adventure. In terms of cleanliness, the Seaside Amelia Hotel met all expectations. The rooms, though showing a bit of wear and tear, were impeccably clean and well-maintained. The carpets and hallways, although slightly weathered, added to the charm of the place and did not detract from the overall cleanliness. What truly set this hotel apart, however, was the staff. Each member of the team was friendly, approachable, and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Their warmth and hospitality greatly enhanced our experience. In conclusion, the Seaside Amelia Hotel is a wonderful choice for anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, and conveniently located place to stay. While the rooms and common areas might show a little age, the cleanliness and friendliness of the staff more than make up for it. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others and look forward to returning in the future!”

“Didn't look like the walls and baseboards had seen a cleaning rag in ages. I get it that it is a long stay motel, but good Lord clean up the rooms that you intend to have over night guest in. Definitely could use some pest control. NO BED BUGS THOUGH!”

“Air conditioner didn't work when checked in waited for a bit and never cooled down, contacted front desk and easily changed rooms. Customer service was very nice. Will definitely be back.”

“The Inn itself is very quaint and beautiful and has a great front porch.
We stayed in room 15 and it was set up like a log cabin and it was very cute. The internet though was really bad. Could not stay on it for more than 5-10 minutes and it would kick you off.

There was a misunderstanding with the breakfast the first morning and so we ended up going to a local place instead but was pleasantly surprised with the breakfast the second morning. Very good with made to order eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy and they had great coffee, yogurt, berries, breads and OJ.

You cannot beat the location and everything in the old district is within walking distance. Don't miss the cute little historic museum when the docent is giving the lecture.”

“This is an inexpensive hotel. The charges by the day the week or the month. The owner is really, really, really nice. The facility is old. But he seems to keep it very clean. I have no problem staying here. I booked a place for a week and I might have to stay longer”
