We currently are leasing from them..the items are fine but the auto pay feature is not good have alot of issues the system changes times/dates?? Then your responsible for late fees that shouldn't be!

I had the best experience with them I had a delivery that was scheduled for today. I had called since I had not gotten a call that day. After speaking with Rich had said that it was not ready till Monday. He then explained that he would go ahead and deliver it tonight since that was what was promised. I was so happy that even though he had to deliver after hours it was delivered tonight! He went above and beyond and and I am a very happy customer. Thank you Rich.

If I could a zero star review I would. I called on Saturday to tell them an issue that I was having with my washer and requested it to be serviced they told me I was behind on my payment for my members club WHICH IS A LIE, it was taken out on Friday and when I told them that they got very defensive and angry being proven wrong then told me I’d have to pay a week ahead in order for it to be serviceable. Which why would somebody pay a week ahead for a service on something that should be covered if my bill was paid. They even got so nasty that the “ Manager “ hung up in my face which is straight disrespectful, no company should ever hang up on their customer, it’s unprofessional. Once my items are paid off I will never be using them again. I will also NEVER recommend a soul to use them. Also when purchasing my furniture set as well as my kids bedroom set there was a fight between employees so loud that we could hear it all. Like I said I would give them a zero review if I could.

I went into the Kingsland Arron's store and talked to Richard about some new stuff and he made sure he got it to My house and if I had a problem with something he's got on it to keep a happy customer and myself and my wife would always go there for more stuff after I pay it off I will see what Richard has New Richard is the store manager and he's always there for the customer service 5 Star ⭐✨ rating Go big Richard my name is Marvin Miller and I've been a customer with Arron's from Jacksonville Florida to Georgia and now with Arron's in kinglend GA I've been a customer for 6 years thanks Richard 5 star ✨✨

After a slight mishap of the item I ordered was not on the delivery truck. I called and spoke with Richard who without hesitation loaded my item by himself and delivered it to my home. He went above and beyond to make sure I got what I requested before the end of the business day. I am very thankful for him and the way he helped me out in a horrible situation. Thank you Richard. You are awesome. We appreciate it !!

The new manager Richard is Great, he knows how to treat Customers with RESPECT and help out with an issue we had. He worked with us to get it straightened out. I wish Aaron's could hire more people like Richard. Thanks for your Time to straighten out our problem.

If I capsule leave a 0 star review, I absolutely would! 2 “Aaron’s employees” showed up at my house in an unmarked Penske box truck this morning looking for a family member who is not home due to a family emergency which they were called and told about. The family member told the “GENERAL MANAGER” she would be in once she returned to town. After being told this information, they refused to leave my property and stayed BANGING on my door and repetitively ringing the doorbell for two hours. This woke up all three children inside my home. They also talked to my neighbors and anyone walking by about my finances and my households daily routines. Come to find out the payment was $60 behind. So all of this for less than $100? I personally will NEVER rent from or recommend these people to ANYONE as they seem to enjoy stalking their customers. I, then, called and asked for the number for their corporate office which they absolutely refused to give me and hung up on me. This is the third time they have caused a scene in my neighborhood and have not had to deal with any consequences for their stalking behaviors. The “General Manager” LISA at the Kingsland Georgia location laughs and thinks it’s funny. She is absolutely ZERO help in any situation. This company is an absolute disgrace.
