At first after reading some of the reviews I was worried. I received my truck back and they did an awesome job on the repair. Everyone was professional and kept me updated on the repair.

Disappointing in the results of my car. I went to this establishment even after I read bad reviews of how service was not up to par by other people. I still gave this business a chance. My car was vandalized about a few weeks ago and I brought my car here. My left side mirror had been broken off my car and my left front door was petty banged up. They had my car from Monday until Thursday. I got my car back and I was not pleased at all.
I wasn't going to say nothing but I said, wait a minute this wasn't free and they charged $1600. My left mirror was not repainted and my left door has gash marks of missing paint on my door. So what was really $1600?? My insurance company paid for my rental for that whole week. My insurance company (State Farm) was superb and did there due diligence towards me and this company.
Be aware of this company. Enter at your own risk. Very disappointed!!

Was able to pull in without an appointment..got an estimate by later that day..friendly and professional..they do prefer making appointment..

If you have time and money to waste them this is the place for you.
I made an appointment for the repairs needed for my car, The appointment was pushed back supposedly for parts.
I was told it would take two weeks for the repairs it took three weeks to get it back and the only reason I got it back when I did was because I was proactive in this venture.
So in total it took six weeks to complete a two week job ( there words not mine).
So once again If you have time and money to waste and you enjoy being told stories about your progress then this is the place for you.
I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN

This place was amazing! Customer service was top notch. They did everything to make sure my car got fixed and put back together after a finder bumper. They said it would take a month upfront, which it took a little longer. However, that was due to my insurance company continuously messing up on their end. They were very pleasant to speak with on a daily basis. They texted or called about once a week to let me know the update! I will forever recommend this place.

I brought my vehicle here for some front end work after hitting a deer. I was told the work would take 6 business days, maybe a little longer as you have had a hard time getting parts in. I brought my car in on 9/24. I was not updated on the progress. Every time I called, I was made to feel like it was an inconvenience and given a different status on my vehicle. They had my car for over a month. I picked it up and got in to leave and the radio no longer worked. I was told to bring it back after the weekend and they would look into it. My husband found a fuse plugged into the wrong spot causing the radio to have no sound. We had to bring the vehicle back anyway because the paint was too light and a piece of trim was flapping. We were told the piece didn't fit properly because the insurance made them purchase an after market part. The paint mismatch was blamed on the paint rep. The passenger door wouldn't lock. They didn't fix that. When my car went back for the 2nd time, they fixed the trim piece, paint, and door lock issue. They again had my car longer than expected. My paint still doesn't match 100%. Would not recommend!

I work very frequently, had an appointment scheduled and saw that they had left a voicemail after I got out of work, and since it was outside their business hours I called back the next day. Come to find that they had already cancelled my appointment, which wasn't for another week, and the new dates they were offering weren't for another 2 months. This is after I had already waited a month for the appointment and getting it cancelled the week before. If you're considering going to here I highly recommend going to the auto body repair in yulee, it's a bit of a drive however their appointments were much sooner dates and I was able to get my car back in almost no time. Would much rather spend the extra 20 minutes driving out than the months waiting

Edited after 3 years.I took my truck here after a rear end collision. Fixed everything it was great.3 years later I notice my bed latch is detached. I take apart my tailgate to fix it, there was no hardware holding anything in place. All of this was internal so if you bring your stuff here and want to dig that deep, go ahead. They also may not have the same bodymen anymore either.

My sister came in with her car and it had storm damage from the previous tropical storm/hurricaneShe was met with 3 weeks of no car (she has two kids) and when she received her vehicle they refused to fix her trunk. They also didn’t clean her car it’s a complete mess.Also misplaced her car seat and didn’t return it to the back seat.They were rude mean and nasty to her and refused to give her her car back and said he “looked forward to the insurance calling him”The front desk lady was also extremely rude and refused to give receipts to my sister.Never go here

Great customer service! Their staff was so warm and friendly. Reasonable rates & gave prompt service. Would highly recommend!
