After speaking with Rich had said that it was not ready till Monday. He then explained that he would go ahead and deliver it tonight since that was what was promised. I was so happy that even though he had to deliver after hours it was delivered tonight! He went above and beyond and and I am a very happy customer. Thank you Rich.”
