This place is scamming people out of their hard earned money! I came in to see about getting one tooth pulled immediately and fillings started after my insurance kicks in beginning **** and they refused to see me unless I paid them $1000 up front or I applied for Care Credit Card. I felt that I was just applying for a simple Card to help me cover the cost for a tooth pulling and I signed the paperwork. I turned around and spoke to another local dentist who informed me that people don't typically need to do that and extractions generally run about $150. Well I wasn't aware but when I signed one of the forms the little gal had me signing to prepay a $760 fee charged immediately to the Care Credit Card..... so basically without my acknowledgment I was pushed into signing a receipt! I have never ever been treated like this with a professional medical company! I canceled my appointment as soon as I found out that they charged the account well before my appointment.... Aspen Dental said they would cancel the payment as I told them I was uncomfortable with how they did that and did not inform me of what I was signing and they wouldn't print me out some paperwork because apparently their printer was broken (I asked for them to email it to me instead and they never did). From the get go I had a terrible feeling about these people and I was right to, not only do they treat you like you don't exist, but they are just there to line their own pockets with greed!

Well, I guess I'm just going to have to live with my two front teeth being chipped and sharp for the rest of my life because Aspen Dental just wanted to charge me $600 for 10 minutes of their time. Absolutely ridiculous. I took off the bib and walked out. Literally all I needed was for them to rough it up and put some composite on it. I've done it probably at least four or five other times in Jacksonville and I've never paid more than maybe $50 to $75. They have lost their minds. And that's after I waited an hour for the doctor to see me for 10 seconds and walked out.

All I can say is Thank you for taking the time to take care of my problem. Which my insurance had me calling places that they don’t cover including some in this company. Had an appointment with a different doctor in a different building which put me in touch with this doctor. This Doctor seen my problems and made a plan. So in 3 appointments I should be all set. Thanks again ?

My husband has not been to the dentist in a long time. They were wonderful with him today and made him feel very comfortable. The nurse and dentist we dealt with were both a delight and very informative. The front desk lady and the financial assistance lady were also wonderful. I was kinda panicking and on a time crunch and she helped me know what I needed to and got his extraction set up on the day and time that was good for us in a timely fashion.

My appointment with Aspen Dental, as a new patient, was a very good experience. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The front desk, x-ray technician, hygienist, dentist and assistant office manager were all personable, friendly and knowledgeable. There was no charge for my 1st visit and they gave me a plan, with what my insurance would cover and what my out of pocket costs would be, going forward, to take care of my dental issues. I would recommend Aspen if you’re looking for a new dental office. The only reason I did not give them a 5th star was the projected cost of their future services. I felt the prices I was quoted seemed quite high, but I will have to research what the average dental prices are currently for extractions, implants and crowns, as it has been 2-3 years since my last dental appointment. I don’t suggest that you wait as long as I did to have your regular checkup and teeth cleaning done.

Very excellent Dentist. Had my tooth pulled and she made sure it was very numb. Told me everything she was doing. All the staff was great. Best experience I have ever had with a Dentist.

I had an appointment scheduled for my son at 7am on Thursday. I received a confirmation text the day before the appt as well, confirming the date and time. We arrived at Aspen dental 5 minutes before 7am and not a single light was on, no cars in the parking lot, no signs of life at all. Right at 7 another car pulls in with a woman who gets out and tries to open the locked door. I rolled my window down and asked if she had an appt, to which she replied “Yes, at 7.” I told her we were waiting for our appt at 7 as well. After sitting in the parking lot for several more minutes and failed attempts to get someone on the phone, I left. I will never come back to an establishment that offers dental health care services but can’t even keep a schedule book accordingly. I will find a more professional dentist office to trust the care of my family with. If they can’t handle a simple schedule book, I certainly don’t want them working on my family’s teeth.

I was suffering from severe pain due to a broken tooth. After calling several dentists I called Aspen, they offered free x-rays and consult which was great since I am currently uninsured. They were able to get me scheduled within 2 hours of calling. I am terrified of dentists but felt at ease. The dentist was gentle and I never felt any pain. The cost was affordable as well. Would recommend this office and will continue to use their services once I obtain insurance again. The dentist and staff are amazing. Thank you for getting me out of pain!

The Staff here is who anyone should want to take care of their dental needs from my experience. They are an Amazing Crew, they listen, talk back to you, very concern about you while you are in their care. I love this Office & Staff....On your appointment day, they get you in & out as quick as they can.Things happen sometimes that we need to have a lil patience on our end, because after all we are not the only patient. They be helping a lot of people, Periodt ?❣️?

The staff is awesome! They walk you through the entire process from start to finish. The only issue I have is the over bookings on Mondays and Fridays. I was left in the waiting room 30 pass time slated. I was also left in the chair once I went to back for cleaning 20 sitting around waiting on doctor. They were kind and polite through it all and took care of my situation.

This place is mismanaged not only appointments but billing as well, this is the second time I've been here and told I don't have an appointment when I've had an appointment scheduled for months in advance and even had confirmed it at the beginning of the month. I've had teeth that have been removed by an oral surgeon from another institution billed to my care plan and yet they refused to credit my account. Save yourself the headache and hassle and ho to a real business that actually cares about providing service.

Aspen in Kingsland, GA, do you EVER answer your phone? No one ever answers and if you leave a message it's ignored. We were told back in March the phones weren't working right... After all this time I believe that was a lie.

Pay attention to your bill when they give it you. They kept billing the wrong insurance. Took them months to resolve something quite simple. They only reason I went there was because it was close to my house but I'm not going back to them. Personally I keep all my health care providers in Jax. I have no issues so why change.

After a unprofessional experience with Aspen Dental in Brunswick , Ga ( please see review on Brunswick location) where I cut my my vacation short in Virginia to come back to the Brunswick Ga. office for a confirmed appointment backed up by emails that I received from the Brunswick office, I was told that they did not have the appointment in their system even though I showed them the the confirmation email that they sent to me two days earlier. The young lady behind the desk replied “Oh well, you will have to reschedule .” No, not sure how this happened, no I apologize, only if you want us to help you with your dental needs, you will have to reschedule. End of conversation.So, realizing that we are all human and we all make mistakes, I politely left and decided that maybe the part time associate failed to enter the confirmed appointment in the system. It happens!So, I thought that I would schedule an appointment in Kingsland , Ga. After arriving at the Kingsland Ga Aspen Dental Office for the first visit, I was taken to the examination run after X-rays and the doctor came in and introduced himself to me and laid out the treatment plan based on the X-rays he had. I quickly realized that there was a serious problem with his proposed treatment. When I objected, he quickly reassured me that was what I needed. I asked to see the papers he was holding and they were the X-rays for another patient. His response was oops.On the second appointment to to the Kingsland Ga. Aspen office, I arrived 30 minutes before the appointment time as was requested of me. So I arrived at 1:30 for a 2:00 appointment. I was not taken to the back until 2:30 and then had to wait on the dentist. I admit, though I did not understand the hour plus wait and asked the dentist why the one hour wait and she informed me that some of the medical staff called out that morning. I asked if it would have been more professional it the patients would have been informed so they could reschedule if necessary and her reply was, I’m not going to argue with you and if you want to leave you can.Now, I ask, are these the type of so called medical doctors that you want to operate on you or your family members. I THINK NOT
