Ally and Jacob are absolute champs! I couldn’t even describe what was happening with my phone and I couldn’t use it for basic function and within little to no time they had me up and running again. I’d recommend them to anybody with phone problems. Best service around. Thank y’all so much!

The rep that helped me was very friendly and professional. He spoke to me as soon as I walked in the door. Listened while I explained what I needed. He had the issue resolved in minutes. Spent a few minutes telling me about new products and ones that were coming. I was very happy when I left and have ideas for Christmas!

Got a replacement phone yesterday. It took them 30 minutes to get to me, only because the 2 guys were busy with other customers. When it came to my turn, they took care of me just the same.

We were told one thing at the store about are billing and when the bill came it was 100 dollars higher. Had to call AT&T to get this fixed and we’re not sure they did. Will check next bill.

Just wanted to take a second to show some appreciation to the employees at the St. Mary’s location. Austin, Will and Kristina all worked diligently for two days to get my phone and service up to par. They were so courteous and professional. I live in a different town and refuse to go to the local AT&T due to poor service. From now on due to the experience that I had, I will only come to this location.
