How can you not give 5 stars to this place? Great food, the best service anywhere in town (frfr) and they're almost Too nice to you. Never had old fries, never had a remake, and they've never forgotten anything no matter how particular the order is.Bonus: on the way out they were getting food together to give the homeless out in this storm, that's awesome.Parking: They bought the old Applebee's and used the majority of the location for paying and their drive thru which STAYS packed, but extremely efficient. Don't let the line turn you away, they're GOOD.

At what point does it end at this chic fil a? Staff are rude, inappropriate and ill equipped to handle simple orders and provide customers with a basic level of customer service. When management allows staff to speak to customers the way they do it’s beyond ridiculous!! There is a reason I don’t frequent this establishment. Wish I hadn’t tonight!! And if the experience wasn’t bad enough, I had to pay a different total at the window than I was told at the drive thru….what exactly is going on at this chic fil a? At what point does upper management step in and do something about it? How many bad reviews does it take to have someone recognize there are issues at this location? Maybe it’s time to call the home office. I guess it’s no longer their pleasure to serve customers!! I’m done, I will NEVER return to this location again in life!!

Great spot right off the interstate and has gas stations nearby it, do not use the southern connection gas station though, bad gas

Always delicious! Was recently diagnosed with a gluten allergy so I'm happy they're able to wrap the sandwich in lettuce instead of using a bun. Healthier and allergy-friendly!Dietary restrictions: Offers to wrap sandwich in lettuce instead of a bun to avoid gluten/wheat allergy. Also, pick the grilled chicken as the fried chicken has wheat in the coating.

Always a long wait—both take out and dine in—at this location. Problem always appears to be kitchen. Be prepared to stop for a while!

I came in yesterday and the service was excellent. Big shout out to Amanda who made sure I had an amazing experience and was working very hard despite the volume of orders and entitled customers who swear at employees working a job that barely pays live-able wages.

I am very disappointed in the service at the Kingsland, GA location. The service was subpar and the manager. Amanda, needs training or to be removed from a managerial position. I arrived while breakfast was being served. The young lady taking orders in the line I was in was very slow. Her coworker had taken all orders in the lane next to me and, instead of helping her coworker and getting all the breakfast orders in, she walked away to stand by the building and not perform her duties. When it was my turn to order, the young lady said wait one moment, walked away to talk to her coworkers who had already taken other breakfast orders for cars behind me in the other line and when returned to take my order, she informed me they had just stopped breakfast and I would have to order lunch. I requested to be served breakfast as I was in line and they had just literally changed menus as the young lady was at my car after her conference with coworkers. If I had my I order taken prior to the young lady walking away from my car or if all the employees worked together for the benefit of the customer there would have been no issue. The manager, Amanda, was asked to prepare my breakfast and she refused. When I arrived at the pick up window, I had to pull forward to wait for my lunch to be cooked as the four cars behind me were handed their breakfast orders. I’ve never been more upset at a drive through. This is only the 2nd time I’ve ever left a bad review anywhere. Amanda should be reprimanded and retrained on how to manage a restaurant. I owned a restaurant locally and we would never treat our customers in this manner.

My waffle fries were lukewarm, and, as usual, not enough salt. The two drive thru lines were not that long, but for some reason it took ten minutes to get to the food. I guess they are now rationing pickles too. I asked for extra pickles on my sandwich and received two small, thin pickles in a plastic cup. Disappointed in this Kingsland Chick fil A
