If you want an excellent agent; you want Edgar Carbaat! He is beyond awesome. He presented the house well with excellent pictures, description, and marketing. We received an offer a few days after listed it.
We debated about the listing price, I WANTED TO LIST IT FOR A LOT LESS. But my husband said for me to let Edgar do his job so I did and it paid off!
Edgar is very knowledgeable not only about the market but those details you wouldn't think about. He kept us from getting stuck in an offer contingent on the buyer selling their house (which is still on the market) and we have already closed on our house with a better offer.
Edgar knows his job, the market, what needs to be done to sell your house, and the other agents. He always responded quickly and answered his phone... Even when I would forget about the time difference. He kept me updated throughout the process. And when I asked what we should do he gave me great, honest advice.
I would definitely use Edgar in the future.
