My experience here was absolutely terrible. Went in this morning, wasnāt busy at all and my haircut was completely rushed. I asked for a number 1 faded into the top of my hair, and an inch taken off the top along with a beard trim and lineup. I was not given the line up at all. Whoever cut my hair took a comb to my beard when it was completely dry and knotted and didnāt bother to wet it before taking scissors to it and just taking off little pieces of it. I will not be returning here after this horrible experience.

We moved from Jacksonville to Kingsland 3 yrs ago. We have used Great clips for the whole family from day one. We all love Sara. She gives you exactly what you ask for. Great results.

Not much use in checking in, being next in line with 0 minute wait and get skipped over 3 times. Sounds like a lot of pick and choose. 2nd visit, won't be back. I'll drive down to the one in Yulee instead.

Iāve asked for layers and they just ended up giving me an uneven hair with 0 LAYERS very mad of course I went again so they can fix it and didnāt see a difference in my hair.

Iāve been a customer here for a LONG time, several years. Refused to go anywhere else because of the care, precision, and continuity of quality.
However, about 3 months ago, March 4th, I developed a small dandruff issue. This has not been a problem with getting my hair cut at all, until recently. I went in for a cut, and halfway through, jay tells me, and -announces- to the entire staff, and other customers, that my āproblem has become severeā(itās definitely not, according to my doctor), and they arenāt even supposed to touch hair that has dandruff in it.
Couple of things: I am not bringing in a doctors note to get cleared for a haircut. Thatās beyond ridiculous.
I am -n e v e r- going to be publicly ridiculed and shamed the way I was in this establishment, ever again.
I appreciate all the work you do, Sarah, but you need a change of staff, like yesterday. Sheāll know exactly who this is, if she reads it. Iām one of the only customers who asks specifically to have a barbers foil used for a menās undercut.
And Iām sorry for the review, but this incident was absolutely ridiculous.

I go to this place for a long time. My last hair cut was bad as they keep changing the employees and can't keep the steady employees. The new employees are good and most of the time in experienced and did a bad job on my hair . I do not have much hair anyway .
