Very good customer interactions and will do their best to answer any questions. Every time I have used H&R they answered and if unable to would say "I'm not sure but something I will try to find out". Even if it is something they need to look into.

I filed my taxes on 01/26/24, I have been givin 3 different dates on which I will receive my refund. So I just now called up there & an older gentleman was rude & wouldn't answer my questions told me to wait 21 days. Meanless to say I won't be back

Last year my wife filed her taxes here and she called the company and they told her she could get her refund early. Once she went to ask one of the ladies here with black hair slicked back and the lady was asking questions in a rude way, being unprofessional, and made her feel stupid. She even made a complaint on how poorly she was treated and they did not return her call. From now on she files her taxes online so she doesn't have to deal with rude people again and also saves more money on doing so.
