Very disappointed in the salesman there-feel like they are not trustworthy! Please beware if you are buying here-make sure you get what is promised and pay the price quoted because they will tag on fees to the price.

On May 12th, 2023 I dropped off my 2015 Chrysler 200c 3.6l that had developed codes indicating "banks 1 & 2 running rich". The car was stalling at idle while in drive and reverse with the brake depressed and a strong smell of gasoline was apparent. I called the service department a week later on 05/19/23 as I had not heard from them in a week. I was told their electrical specialist was still working on my car and had recommended replacing all four O2 as they were not responding. Further diagnostics and parts replacement resulted in no change to my cars condition. After two weeks the mechanic told me he thinks it might be the wiring harness and said "you don't want to pay me to replace that". My car was returned to me with a $1,000.00 bill and running worse than when I had dropped it off, an ECM bolt laying in the battery box and a fresh dent in my passenger side door. Though I offered pictures of the undented door prior to dropping it off for service, the service manager said he "didn't care about any pictures" when addressed by his service person with me standing right behind him. I have purchased a $500.00 OEM engine wire harness and will attempt to install it myself as returning to their service department is not an option. I do not recommend anyone take their vehicle to Bennett Chrysler service department. My car, wallet and my state of mind are worse off for having done so.

The sales services isn't terrible. The part of their business that is terrible is really in the service department. When I went in to get my jeep services I get mixed messages. I get told to come back this day and that day for a fender install, or a recall for a part install, but they always have some issues and I have to come back later. I had 3 Jeep Wave credits for buying my Jeep new and those credits disappeared and now they won't honor it. They also tried to charge me 80 dollars for a cheap plastic clip, but you can order it online for like 5 bucks. I am not saying their work is awful, but even when they try to fix things it doesn't really get fixed. Before I put metal fenders on my rig they tried to fix the plastic set of fenders. They said it was fixed, but I kid you not before I even left the parking lot of the store the fender was rattling again. I had to go back into the store to get them to tell me, oh the fender is actually broken. I really like the people at the location I just think they are disorganized.

If you're looking for a car I 1000% recommend Corey Register! He helped me pick out the exact car I wanted. Didn't try to hassle me for anything I didn't want and worked SO hard to give me exactly what I needed. If you are in the market 10/10 would recommend him to anyone!

We were on a mini vacation at Crooked River SP from St Augustine, on the way up a DEF message came up on our 2015 Ram ecodeisel and warned us vehicle will stop in 200miles go to dealer we were 90niles away from home so went straight to dealer and we're net with friendly service advisor and then the manager all very helping and checked the codes explained to us that it was the def tank and that they would have to order it. Understanding that we were leaving the next day to come home and would not be able to wait for the part, looked up for us the part number and offered to let us Park are vehicle at the dealership over night so we didn't waste our mileage going back to the campground which we did and then called us back later that day to let us know that the work would be under warranty once we got back to town so we wouldn't worry about the cost. When we picked up our vehicle the next day it was safe and sound. I would highly recommend this service department. They charged us NOTHING and spent alot of time finding out information for us. Great experience
