One traveler had a negative experience at another Pilot location but was pleased when the staff at this Pilot, especially Ms. Rhonda, provided excellent customer service and allowed them to use the shower. Others felt the facilities could use more effort in cleanliness and upkeep, with limited food options and a subpar Wendy's restaurant. However, the store itself was described as the nicest and cleanest part of the facility. Overall, Pilot Travel Center in Kingsland offers the convenience and amenities expected from the Pilot brand, with friendly staff and a focus on customer satisfaction, though some areas may benefit from additional attention and improvement.
I like to stop at Pilot when I'm traveling on the interstate. They have more than just gas and diesel. There's plenty of parking and easy ingress and egress even with truck and trailer.
