Worst bank I have ever dealt with in my life (and I am 67 years old). Employees at the St Mary's branch are terrific, but this bank's leadership is totally incompetent. Mobile apps don't work correctly, the website was down for weeks, and the bill pay system was down for a week. How can a bank operate like this? The ATM seems to be not working more often than it is working. Plus my debit card has been replaced 3-4 times because it just stops working for no reason at all. Unbelievable! Total incompetence! Find another bank - any other would certainly be better than Pineland.

This bank is so behind on the times. Doesn't work with Quickbook and other convenient apps. Their employees are very impatient and seem annoyed at there job.

Went in today to open an account and they open at 8:30 and are very friendly to deal with. Allison helped us set up a bank account and went through all of the questions that we had. They are a small bank that treats you like your money is in the vault. Allison is going to help us with some business banking and for once in a very long while we're really looking forward to dealing with a Bank. You know how it goes they're great at taking your money but rotten at giving it back. They came highly recommended by some friends of ours and we are very glad that they told us about Pineland. This is going to sound crazy but, they've treated us so far better than the Credit Union we've dealt with forever. So if you're in the St. Marys/Kingsland area and want a good bank go here they're really nice folks.

Friendly bank with easy access. I would give it a 5 star review if the internet banking wasn't so difficult. I have to call the bank every month to get access to my account online. Highly irritating.

It is a great bank for straight forward local banking. The tellers are all so nice. They know all their customers and are very friendly. The down side is the lack of services. You can't do bank to bank transfers and there is no customer service after hours or on weekends, so if something goes wrong with your card you will not have access to your money until they open.

Well-established Hometown Bank has been in business for multiple years. Friendly staff easy to access ATM.

I am a recent account holder. This bank has the old time bank friendliness that I've missed for years. The atmosphere of this bank on entrance is fantastic. I am greeted by name with a smile from all the ladies. My toy poodle, Merry, gets special attention All my banking needs are and have been met, all questions are immediately answered. Using their on line bill paying is simple. I am delighted to be a new customer of theirs.
