I love the gym and the staff, only issue is there was another member who threatened myself and another gentleman on a separate occasion, he saw him threaten me and shared his story, and they did nothing about it. Slap on the wrist. I don’t know if I want to continue using a gym that allows that kind of behavior.

The ab machine has been broken now for like three months. I spoke to the front desk to see when it will be fixed! No one knows. I'm having to seek another gym that has ab machine until they fix it. It doesn't seem to be on the priority list and it's affecting my workout and my body.

Much nicer than the last planet fitness I was a member of.Plenty of cardio machines (especially appreciate the number of Stair machines they have)Generally pretty clean (both in the main gym area and in the bathrooms) and machines seem to get fixed relatively quicklyOverall no real complaints

Great place to work out. All staff is nice except for the manager, margarita. Very rude and unprofessional. Probably canceling my membership at this location.

Great staff always polite but I use to like coming to this location but it is over crowded to many machines and people up on each other! Please review your floor plan and make it better for the people that pays vs decor!!! BAD SET UP! I feel we can catch germs we are so closed to each other!

Tristan J. This assistant manager behaved racist and rude to me, making excuses based on the rules of planet Fitness which is not doing his job when he acts only with one person , if he don't like his job he needs to change it because we are paying for his check

Excellent gym. Very clean and the manager and front desk personnel are excellent and helpful. Upgraded tanning and hybrid beds are excellent. If I could change one thing it would be to add the two hammer strength chest and back machines most other Planet Fitnesses have. You have a large older clientele and these machines are very helpful.

Wonderful place!! The gym is probably the cleanest one I’ve been to in town! The staff is always friendly and the new manager is extremely helpful and nice!! My friends and I always feel comfortable with the atmosphere and the vibes from other people working out and from the staff! Way to go planet fitness Kingsland!!
