Found out about Edward (Pro Carts) through a friend and very happy with the purchase. Edward was very patient and answered all of my questions about the golf cart. His mechanic was awesome as well, very helpful.
We live in St. Augustine and the cart was delivered to our front door as promised.

The whole team was great with communication, punctuality, and knowledge. When the driver delivered my cart he did so with great care, took the time to go over all of the features of the golf cart, and to share helpful insights. We just received delivery of our 6 seater cart from Pro Carts and the completed paperwork to get the filing in order to obtain a tag. We are located near downtown St Aug and want to be able to drive it downtown. We are so happy with Edward and his team. The cart is beautiful, sturdy and as Edward discussed happened. Minus the issue with OUR trailer, Edward rescued the cart and delivered on his trailer. This will not be our last with his company.

We have now built and purchased two golf carts with Edward and his team. A 6-seater and a 4-seater. Edward makes sure he understands everything you want in a golf cart. Then, he clearly lays out all of the options and always gives you a good/better/best scenario. We will always use Pro Carts and Edward.

So let me tell you our story. We decided to get a golf cart and I did a lot of searching the internet for that perfect one. Didn't want anything fancy but not a plain Jane either. We found ourselves in Kingsland off exit 3 and saw the Icons parked in front of Auto Pros and decided to have a look. Met by Cody from Pro Carts, I probably asked him so many questions, he thought he was in school again; but he confidently answered everyone. Wasn't pushy, very polite, and very knowledgeable. I saw this lone cart that just called out to me and pricing wasn't bad. So we pulled the trigger, Cody led me inside where I met Edward, the manager. We started the buying process. Easy and smooth would be a understatement. It may have taken all of 2 hrs, and most of that was waiting on the financing. Delivery in two days. The overall experience was awesome. If you are debating on buying, go see Edward at Pro Carts, you wont be disappointed. And not to be bias, but I think I have the best looking cart in the neighborhood. Grandbaby named her Caroline.
