I had medication sent from urgent care before 12 noon but despite several calls, they could not manage to fill it until over 24hrs later.I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Azrah and she was snippy & inconvenienced when I informed her the price was incorrect. Her rotten attitude made the whole encounter 100x worse!

The new pharmacy tech AZRAH is AWFUL!?!? Awful may be the best compliment she's been given about her attitude and quality of work.#1 Upon standing in the line to pick up medications (we're the only people in line), with an irritated look she just stared at us... Then, when she didn't call us up, we moved to her register & she says in a nasty tone of voice, "are you wanting to pickup".#2 When we asked if the medications were ran with the Good Rx card we have on file she said no it's (Publix version of that). We asked why, as the price is higher than with the GoodRx. She gets a snotty tone of voice and says, "I would have to re-run it". After she just keeps sitting on her stool, with her resting *witch* face making it clear we were imposing by asking her to actually do her job... We finally had to spell it out, told her, "yes, you need rerun the medication so that it is billed properly". When she finally got off her rear end to go do that, the medication price dropped over 50%...WITH THE AMOUNT OF PEOPLE IN CAMDEN COUNTY THAT ARE LOOKING FOR JOBS, YOU CANNOT TELL ME THIS PERSON WAS THE BEST CANDIDATE PUBLIX HAD.On top of this stellar new hire:Publix pharmacy in Camden loves to make-up "laws" about why they can't dispense your medication on its due date, before you run out & when you correct them, they go, "oh, I meant our store policy". If it is a legitimate policy, then they need to make these policies publicly available.

The service is terrible. If you are sick and need a prescription to be filled in a timely manner, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! So many times I’ve experienced bad service. Definitely taking my business elsewhere. Enough is enough.

Good pharmacy moving to a new area. But only if I have a ride in. If I don't have a ride, I can't get my medicine. Because I have medicare it's not accessible.

Gia is supremely friendly and efficient. She remembers my name and is always willing to help me work through issues with my insurance. Definitely recommend the pharmacy as long as she’s there.

I HAD to give at least “1” star to this place or could not submit this review; but, everyone should be extremely, extremely careful when having prescriptions filled at this Publix pharmacy. As on Tuesday 9/27/2022 when I picked up my prescription the “Prescription Receipt” inside the plastic bags with the medication DID NOT have my name, address, & phone number on it but worst of all the receipt had information on it for someone else with that person’s birth date. So, that means someone else received my information & the most frightening thing my birth date. I will be filing a HIPAA complaint against this pharmacy as they gave my private information to another individual as well as my medicine info, not to mention my health insurance info. So, just beware dealing with this pharmacy!!!

I try to go to this Publix as I live close. Generally, the store is clean and the staff ok. I've tried on 4 different occasions to order a specialty item e.g. deli plate birthday cake et al. This Publix is just unable or unwilling to do anything special in a timely fashion. Tried to order a 1/4 sheet cake with "happy birthday" written on it that is all. Well, you need to come after 5..... I'm not sure the birthday parties these jokers go to, but most children's parties are finished by 5. I called the store in Yulee, and they were able to accommodate my crazy difficult order (sarcasm). Yulee is about a 20 minute drive for me but, I'll make it for the cake and use the Yulee store as fill in when I don't go to Winn- Dixie. The crazy thing is it is always the same BS covid, labor, supply chain, Putin stole the icing, the funny part when it comes to time to take your money those problems seem to magically disappear. After 3 years hearing this when proffered as an excuse it sounds like Charlie Brown's teacher now blah, blah, blah. The thing these folks fail to realize the economy is turning and they'll need a job sooner than later. We'll see how the "I don't care attitude" works, LOL if you need something super hard a deli tray, birthday cake make sure you order it 6 months in advance so these fine folks can tell you that you should've ordered it 7 months ago.

I have been shopping at this Publix location ever since moving to Kingsland (sorry - keep on forgetting to check in, but my receipts will justify my visits!). I was looking for something comparable to Hawaii's Foodland or Safeway, and Publix is the place to be here. Publix has everything that you could ever need - from groceries, produce, self-care items, kitchen items, medicine, deli, bakery, meat, and seafood! I most enjoy their BOGO deals and their 3 for $10 strawberries. Though they are pricier than other stores, I still enjoy shopping here due to the wide selection of items to choose from. Their produce is fresh and their bakery and deli are phenomenal! They also have a wide variety of Boar's Head meat and cheese items, which they also use for their deli sandwiches. Workers here are friendly, always checking in if you are looking for something in particular - maybe because I always seem to look lost because I just keep on browsing for items. They also have an app where you can build your shopping list throughout the week and shows you which aisle to get your items from. This elevates my shopping experience as navigating through a store you're unfamiliar with can be daunting at times. You can also check their weekly deals, clip coupons, and pay for your items, all via the app! Although I wish they post all of their store prices on the app - otherwise, I have no further complaints. My favorites here are their Publix Brand Lemonade, Sweet Tea, and their bakery items - especially their Mango Key Lime Pie!

Whoever the blonde woman with glasses is is extremely rude and has zero skills in customer service. She was condescending and unhelpful. I brought my prescription bottle in to get my prescription filled for the first time here, and she wouldn’t even look at it even though it had all the information she was asking for, then barely glanced at my insurance card and told me it was the wrong thing (literally never had a problem with this insurance card and I’ve moved around a lot).I will say when I picked up my prescription the young man who helped me was very kind and helpful. But overall, I would avoid this pharmacy if that little blonde woman is still there. I filled my prescription here once, and never again. Learn some decorum, lady.

Publix is always great. Great Customer Service and clean bathrooms. I love the unique items sold in store.

Every worker at this Publix should receive a customer compliment card because they really work hard to uphold EVERYTHING Publix is about. FROM Kristi (Christy) (Christi) in the Bakery to Vikki in the Deli, they ALL are the reason why Publix still exists! It's the Workers! They all get my compliment! All the stock crew, all the part-time workers, produce associates, baggers, cashiers, greeters, customer service reps, assistant managers AND department managers, EVERYONE HAD THAT PUBLIX TWINKLE IN THEIR EYE. Everyone is sold out for Publix ! Great place to shop. Period.

This is much nicer than I expected for such a small town. It's clean and has just about everything that the Publix that I frequent in Orlando has. The employees are also friendly.

love shopping at Publix, but yesterday I was in the produce section choosing juice, when Teresa stopped us, and said we had moved the bottles, and she had to fix them right then, turned the labels forward. SO RUDE!!!
