I just rented a 10' x 30' outdoor unit online. I went into the office to ask a few questions and was kindly greeted by Kyla, a well-mannered and professional lady. All of my questions were answered and was given multiple ways to reach out for any future inquiries. They also have locks available for your unit. The unit is easily accessible and clean. The property looks well-managed and quiet.
I also found it pleasant to see the local ducks near the pond in the back. Thank you, Kyla.

The place is terrible loaded with rats and roaches. Had to trash all my stuff after paying $180 a Month for a year. The roof even leaked

Today I had the pleasure of interacting with Ms.Kyla , she was very attentive while trying to fix my issue with a unit I accidentally picked. Ms.kyla had to reach out to customer service for assistance and the issue was resolved before close of business.
