The male teller that works there is always messing stuff up. One time he messed up one of my deposits, luckily I caught it before I left the bank and recently I needed a new ATM card he said it would come in about a week. After 10 days I called customer service and he never even ordered it. I'm seriously thinking about switching banks. ?♀️?

The employees are nice but the bank is terrible.Always an issue with something tech related. Then, if you can't get in your account due to being locked out or anything for that matter....there is nobody to help you. Your just stuck because they have no after hours helpline. Trying a different bank very soon for sure.

So sorry the branch office closed in Woodbine. It had a friendly hometown feel. Drive thru was always a pleasure and so convenient. Now the ATM has so many problems. Not very reliable.

Useless customer service. Claim they told you one thing when they told you another. Put a 2 week hold on my funds and didn't tell me anything about it until 5 days later by mail.

This bank is awful, I had to cancel a day with my dad in Hinesville to go pay all my bills with checks because their systems was down and I had no deposits come though 6-21-2019. Their IT could not fix the problem before business hours at 170o hrs. I'm so afraid I will go through the full weekend without a dime to my name. What kind of low tech bank are u people. I'm done. I have a better paying job and will have good money in the bank elsewhere.

Southeastern Bank is truly a great place to do business. The staff is always friendly and attentive, the atmosphere is wonderful and the overall experience is so pleasing. I currently travel from the island to bank at Southeastern and can't wait for the new location on the island to be open!

Great small bank. Hated having to change, but I had to relocate my business. Only real negative point, bank is really only viable if you plan on staying within reasonable driving distance of their branches.
