I order the same drink everyday in Orlando Florida area. Starbucks açaí refresher no water… but at this location it tastes different. The water smells like toilet water… you know what I mean? Like chlorinated… I think it was the ice because my drink doesn’t get water how I order it. Bleh ? stomach started to hurt after I took three sips. I threw it in the trash.

The drive thru line was horrible. It took forever to get each car to get their order. At every other Starbucks I nevet wait this long. There is a problem that needs to be addressed here.

There’s an awesome Dunkin down the street! Waited forever without being helped or acknowledged at this Starbucks. So we Left. Not the teams fault- they were working extremely efficiently and non-stop. They clearly need more staff. Went down the street to the Dunkin’ and they saved the towns reputation.

Lately, I've been trying Starbucks in several locations and towns, and I must say I'm very disappointed, and this particular location was the last straw: so this is the last time I set foot in this chain!

If you plan on ordering delivery, DON'T. They do not care about you as a customer. They completely ignore delivery drivers. They tell you to check in at the register and still ignore you after you do. Then they give excuse after excuse, such as saying the order isn't ready and you can see that it is sitting right there with the customers name on the bag. This has happened multiple times to many drivers so I am not basing this on one experience alone. If you are going to ignore delivery drivers just shut the service off. Stop wasting our time. By the way If you want better flavor and better service go to Ellianos. Their drinks don't taste like sour milk.

1-star review. I went to Starbucks this morning and The old veteran worker at drive through complains that we are parked too far away. We go another time and then he complains that I am now too close to the drive through. If you talk to him and ask for a pup cup he gives you a hard time and makes you repeat after him that “you need to give the pup cup to your dog first”. Like dude I am just trying to get some dang coffee please stop making it so hard don’t make me repeat a motto in the drive thru. He also tells you the price wrong on purpose as a joke. Then they mess up on my order. I’ve ordered the same order 1000s of times. I go inside and tell them they got it wrong. The same military guy tells us that we ordered it wrong and it’s our fault. I’ve literally ordered a vanilla bean 1000 times. Like dude just own it and make your product right. Stop making it so hard to buy a coffee in drive through. We did not appreciate your passive-aggressive attitude. Tell the price the way it is don’t tell me a fake price as a joke. It’s not funny. You need to improve your customer experience. Especially with the prices you charge on 6 dollar drink.

There’s only afew drinks I can get at Starbucks, the last few times I’ve gone I’ve noticed recently that my iced peach green tea drinks have had lemonade added to the drinks every single time, it’s a pretty simple drink that doesn’t require much and i haven’t had issues until lately. I have never asked for lemonade or any sweetener, that choice is kinda just being made for me now which I don’t believe is okay. Unfortunately, it makes the drink inedible for myself to drink due to sweetness, plus I don’t like lemonade. I’ve had afew drinks remade, Starbucks staff have been nice and willing to do so but it’s repetitive and inconvenient on both my part and staffs part especially during rush times where hands are full enough. Aside from these recent happenings, that staff is very sweet but I think they get caught in the rush and don’t pay attention to what they’re sending out the drive thru window. Long story short, if it’s not asked for, don’t add it.

The food/ drinks themselves are fine and the baristas are normally super sweet but the parking lot/ drive through situation is so incredibly awkward. People will try to cut in line from the two closer spots you can pull in, and when it gets busy, the line wraps around the building and those who decide to go in…good luck getting back out.
