“Paul was very patient and happy to see me on a cold winter night around 5:15 pm even though they were closing at 6pm. Turned out that I needed mor than just air in my tires. I had a nail in one and he explained that it was odd that only one tire had low pressure and advised that I check it out with no pressure to do so that evening. Paul marked exactly where the nail was with a white tire marker so that I had no doubts. He also offered to repark my crookedly park car and told me that I never have to get out to service my tires for air and to just pull under the workstation. Everything was said with a smile and with great customer appreciation. Very great experience as always.”
