I do not like to use on line banking. Checking on Heloc or a equity loan I chose the benefit of using a local bank that is part of a national chain. Get to talk to a real person face to face. Very helpful and knowledgeable. The answer to any question is a 1/2 hour away. Like that lobby open on Saturday.
