“I visited today for a replacement card. A parking spot was not available in the front of the building, therefore I had to go up the stairs to enter the building. I recently sprained my ankle so I dreaded going up the the stairs which caused me to forget my mask. I asked one young lady seated at her desk(T) if I needed to get my mask before receiving service and she knodded yes. Noticing my limp, Joann provided me with a mask. As I sat down Ivey called me to her office. She entered my information and replaced my card. Thank you Joann/Joan and Ivey for your great customer service.”
“Arrived at the bank about 3:30 due to not being able to complete a transaction online or on the app (transaction limit). The lady at the door was very nice and took my name and said it would be a little wait, which I expected due to the lateness of the day. About ten minutes later, a young man came and we went into his office and went right to work. I apologized for the time due to it being almost 4:00, but he couldn't have been more pleasant about it. The only thing that I noticed that was concerning was the location. It being downtown and on the corner, it was kind of tight, but this was the first time at a branch in a long time, so it was no big deal. I have been a BOA customer for 17 years, and will continue to be one. Thanks to the very nice employees for your help. BTW, while I was waiting, I noticed that the tellers were very nice to the customers and the line moved quickly.”
