“Hello my name is William Alston and I purchased some equipment from Mccann's used furniture and not to get all the way in my business but I had a small concern with the equipment that I had bought and even though I knew he didn't have to do anything, which was fair and plus the business policy clearly noted as is but nevertheless I explained my situation to his very nice daughter Shelby and of course every situation I know is different and I was not expecting anything to come of it , it is what it is , I was thinking ,so just keep it moving but I explained everything and I thought ,well that's it and went on about my day but to my surprise, I got a personal call back from the owner himself Tommy McCann telling me he doesn't do bad business on purpose because that is not what his business is built on and he meant it, so I am personally so thankful that they are still good people in this world because to be honest it wasn't his problem but he made sure I was taking care of anyway and that I was fully satisfied for which I'm definitely am.Therefore Mr Tommy , you got my overall vote to do business with you and your family again thank you Mr Tommy for doing exactly what you say you would sir.
