O'Reilly Auto Parts is always the best part store and the only parts store many use for years. Employees provide excellent customer service and help customers get sorted with all they need. Some visits are awful with rude employees who talk to customers poorly instead of helping. They may not install purchased items, so customers comfortable doing it themselves have no problem. Sometimes they cannot help if customers lack necessary part information, but with it they are able to assist.
Devrick Nelson helped us in a big way he really likes his job and is really good at it. Give this guy a raise.

Helped me get a bad terminal disconnected but not eager to install the new battery I purchased so I did it myself no problem.. Go somewhere else if your not comfortable replacing a battery.
