“This by far is the cleanest most organized Dollar Tree that I have been in. And today I visited 5 looking for a particular item. Although I did not find it (apparently it was recalled and the stores had to dispoose of it. I had to give Kudos for the immaculate presentation and quality customer service. Way to go Lake Harbin Dollar”

“LEE LEE ! WILL WILL let you cash app or give her cash ! ! & you can get what you’d like out the store. She may have to act like she told you to put something back to look good for the cameras. But she is only telling you to put back small items not the good stuff. She told us before hand to grab some stuff like a drink, or candy bar . Those items put back when she says something to you, if she has too. I got washing powder, dog supplies, cleaning supplies. Also Food and drinks. That helps alot with the economy. We all know how hard times are. Especially for families. Mother n kids. I can’t imagine a person being rude and mean to innocent people. Like some of the employees, It’s good to have someone like LEE LEE. She is for the people forsure. Someone else seen me getting stuff and I told her what was happening and she said she was gonna get some stuff also. I told her have her $40 ready! LEE LEE we hope you make your goal today ! I love that for Lee Lee and for us customers. She making her money CALLING OUT PEOPLE! Even the kids yall! She mostly a people person. We was shopping at the near by Roses when we met Lee Lee. In uniform she asked if I would like a deal. She said she was just trying to make her some money and look out for people and kids. Once she told me how todo it! I was like most definitely I’d take a deal! I paid for my stuff at roses then went across to family dollar and really shopped ! I spent $8 at the counter and gave LEE LEE $40 cash I got at least $80 worth! Probably more honestly! This is the best Family Dollar yet! I will most definitely be returning, but only if LEE LEE IS WORKING IT WOULDN’T BE NO REASON TO GO Y’ALL IF SHE’S NOT! I left a five star review because it was a great experience The Store was overcrowded at the time a lot of boxes and stuff in the way it really wasn’t Organized But that’s OK when you’re catching a deal. And I think they leave it that way so that you can go in there and do what you do without being noticed. Family Dollar is for the people Thank y’all so much! Y’all please go visit this Family Dollar ! Ask for Lee Lee! This is what family dollar is about. Saving money for families in need . A lot of people overlook families in need and kids being hungry and wanting snacks . In a economy where we have to pick in between bills and snacks . It’s great to have LEE LEE SHE WILL PICK YOU OUT! That’s what Family Dollar is all about saving the Dollar for the families! ?????”

“All my forks have left the building so to speak. So I stopped by Dollar Tree to purchase some forks as well as some glass containers for a dish I was making for Thanksgiving. Dollar Tree had exactly what I needed, although not at $1 or $1.25 but the costs were appropriate (I think) for the items. Still cost effective and convenient for me!!”

“Family Dollar is usually my go to when I want certain things at a bargain price. The problem is, not every Family Dollar is as neat, clean and organized as this one in Ellenwood. I’ll bypass the other family dollars just to get to this one because it’s clean and organized, and I’ve never had a bad experience. The workers are usually friendly, I’ve never had a problem. But I do want to commend this family dollar and the employees who work here for keeping the store neat and clean. So many other FD stores are straight trashy. It makes one want to shop in this neighborhood!”

“It saddens my heart to see the current state of the store, I’ve been shopping here from the opening of the store and to see it die in such a way is heartbreaking. By no means do I blame the children who are running the store because they have been running themselves into the ground trying to keep a dying store alive. For months I saw all of 3-4 different employees at the store no matter the time or the day, the same children from open to close day after day working their hardest to run a store with no help, support, or guidance from upper management and the dollar tree company itself. For them to have been abandoned by their store manager and left to run the entire store on their own is absolutely unacceptable and the dollar tree company should be beyond ashamed. But they don’t let that show they always welcome everyone in with a smile and are quick to help. I hope they all abandon the store the way the company abandoned them.”

“I shop at various Dollar Tree stores and rarely ever have the need to return anything. Usually it's due to a defect or I may have not need the item thus do an exchange, however I don't recall ever having an issue. This time I bought a small watch battery from this store. I made sure to asked the cashier what the return policy was. I explained that I was not sure it would fit the item I needed it for. He told me I just need to bring it back with the receipt. Got home and sure enough it did not fit so I took it back the next day. The manager refused to accept the battery because the package was opened. I shared with her that I only bought the battery based on what the cashier told me the day before, ie that I just need to bring back the receipt. Had he shared that the package had to be unopened, I would not have purchased it. I asked for the corporate number hoping to be able to reason with a level headed person who could, despite store policy would see my logic - that there was no way to know if the battery would fit without opening the package. After much delay, she gave me the number but it did not work. After googling the number I discovered that the manger wrote one of the number wrong. Not sure if that was on purpose but glad I thought to google the number. I called the corporate office and the person I spoke to patiently listened to my issue. She took my name and number and told me the district manager would call me back. Within minutes R. Bhawani called me back. I shared my issue and to my delight he informed me that I could take the item back and recieve a refund. He also shared that he would call the store and let them know to expect me. I thanked him and returned to the store where I recieved a refund. I am very grateful that Mr. Bhawani was able to see my logic. I really do appreciate that. Thank you so much. I am delighted that my issue was addressed quickly and in my favor. I'm just saying, #igotissues. What about you? ?”

“Store#4017. I just wanted to thank Denise the night manager for her excellent customer service that is rare to find since COVID. She went above and beyond to help my Mom who was visiting from Boston she misplaced her ID and began to panicked Denise assured her everything would be ok, but she had to stay calm. When I made it to the front on the store everything was handled. Shout out to Mandy the Store Manager for having an amazing crew. Sincerely,Pam T.”

“New staff there. They are much more professional than previous staff. Great customer service with a smile which can make a person's day. However, I can't say the same for the older woman who is mainly restocking on the floor. She has a look on her face that says, leave me alone; get out of my face. I get it that she has to restock and may need to concentrate. However, you have to be know how to multitask in the retail business. In speaking to other customers in line, I'm not the only customer who has taken notice.”

“This “ DOLLAR TREE @ the Fayetteville Pavilion is one of the best organized stores when it come to this type of store. They always have what I’m looking for, and the store is clean, and the store is always stocked well! I contribute that to good management, and that is always reflected in how good or bad the customer service is. I had a very pleasant interaction with a young lady named MAYA. She helped me with my purchase; and I left my phone there, and was almost home before I noticed I didn’t have it. As soon as I walked in the store, she knew what I wanted. In looking at my daughters on the screensaver she thought they were me…Saying they looked like me. I was so thankful! Plus for me this particular store always has what I want, and the customer service was as it should be! Thank you Maya and the manager that hired you because you exhibited the type of personality that customers need and want when spending their money!! Thank for who you already are!!( Her parents get credit for that)😀 Happy customer YNL 8/5/26”

“When the community doesn't care about their neighborhood store I can't expect the dollar store to put some much emphasis on trying to get things right in the store, the neighborhood throw trash on the ground, I've seen the employees picking up trash all around the store, see folks stealing and won't stand up to support their neighborhood dollar store then complain about prices I understand Retail it's crazy”

“I had bought five ponchos that I no longer needed. They were unopened, purchased two days prior and i still had the receipt and another store refused to refund me because they said they don’t do returns on umbrellas or ponchos, which didn’t make any sense to me. I called other stores and they said that was in fact not policy and could do the return and this store was able to complete that return for me so thank you.”

“My neighborhood small retailer, I love going here mainly for the staff that is friendly. The prices can be more expensive than other places due to the convenience of the location. Other than that, it's usually clean and well stocked.”
