“Jimmy is amazing! I ordered a radio for my car and the wiring wasn’t compatible. Jimmy managed to figure out a way to make it work, which I’m very thankful for because it’s been difficult trying to find a replacement that actually fits where the previous radio was. I showed up without even calling assuming he would tell me I needed to order something else and to come back another time, but he made it work and had it installed in less than an hour. The price was great and he was super friendly. I would definitely recommend this place and Jimmy!”

I was somewhat reluctant to go to this Iocation because of the negative reviews, but decided to give it a try since it was in my sister's neighborhood. I'm so glad we did. Ms. Green provided excellent customer service. My sister was transferring her service to Metro and the process took a while to complete, given several challenges that we experienced with AT&T. “Went in to purchase my son a new phone and Angela was awesome, She went beyond helpful to assist me, she even asked my son questions about what he like to help find the best fit phone for him.. She even helped me with my bill because apparently I was paying for stuff that I didn’t need, Nor did I know I had it on my service plan, I wondered why when I went to a different location to purchase my oldest a phone my bill became extremely high.
