“I was in the Glenwood Flea market looking to make some copies (print a page). Leia from this shop offered to do it. I cringed initially at paying $1.50 per color page. I guess we can all just blame the "covid clown show" for all the price increases. Anyways she did it no problem. Just email docs to her. Glad to support a respectable, black owned business.”

“Jimmy is amazing! I ordered a radio for my car and the wiring wasn’t compatible. Jimmy managed to figure out a way to make it work, which I’m very thankful for because it’s been difficult trying to find a replacement that actually fits where the previous radio was. I showed up without even calling assuming he would tell me I needed to order something else and to come back another time, but he made it work and had it installed in less than an hour. The price was great and he was super friendly. I would definitely recommend this place and Jimmy!”

“My sister and I had the pleasure of being serviced by Ms. Latrice Green. I was somewhat reluctant to go to this Iocation because of the negative reviews, but decided to give it a try since it was in my sister's neighborhood. I'm so glad we did. Ms. Green provided excellent customer service. My sister was transferring her service to Metro and the process took a while to complete, given several challenges that we experienced with AT&T. Through it all, Ms. Green remained calm and professional while assisting us as well as several customers who came into the store. Thank you, Ms. Green, for the excellent service that you provided.”

They have been so helpful and patient with all my cell phone needs over the last few years & wish I had the power to give both of them raises or promotions.
