“I purchased a cashier’s check which the postal service lost. In order to stop payment on this type of instrument is an in depth process. I called OZK corporate office and was personally helped by Lydia Dixon. She answered every question and the ones that she didn’t know were answered quickly the same day. She arranged the fed ex delivery of paperwork needed for a notary etc. Within a week, all paperwork has been completed for lost check.
