“I went in to inquire about a loan. I met with Summer Jones who explained how a credit union operates and she assisted me in joining and opening an account as well as gathering information for a loan application. I then met with Cara Stevens who explained all the details and got the process started.
Both ladies were polite, professional, knowledgeable, kind and compassionate of my situation. I'm amazed at how fast the process has advanced in such a short period of time. I'm now in the process of closing my accounts at another local financial institution and giving Southeastern Credit Union all my business.
I wish I would have done this 13 years ago.”
“The main building was closed when I drove through, but I only needed to use the drive-through ATM. You have to enter from the roadway leading to/away from the Moody Inn front desk (one way in/ out as far as I could tell). The roadway for driving around in there is tight IMO, but I personally prefer having extra space. Charged me a $5 fee to withdraw $20 using a NF card (not happy about that, but I needed cash and it worked).”

“A whole while back, I’d say over a year I came into their parking lot with a blown tire. Now I’m over 70 and at that time I was just getting out after major back surgery. I first called a tire shop and they told me they didn’t do service calls. I had everything I needed to change the tire so I started the job worrying what damage I’m about to do to my back. But shortly two guys who worked at this bank came out and helped me by changing the tire. I didn’t get their names but I’ll never forget the kindness they displayed. Customers should know the kind of people who work here and this type of behavior does spill over into the work they do. I highly recommend banking here. Thanks again guys”

“Never had any issues with anyone or their professionalism. However, I wish they would stay open until 6 on Fridays. My husband's job is old school and doesn't do direct deposit. So, because they close at the same time my husband gets off work we are only left to wait until Monday to deposit his pay check. It's quite inconvenient.”

Lynette saved me thousands of dollars by steering me in the right direction. Regions is saving me years and money by financing through them. They make you feel special.
