Zero stars if I could. Tried this company for the first time. Completely regretted it. Flower was not delivered for the entire day until recipient was discharged from the hospital. I should have gone to a flower shop and took it there myself. Getting my refund was also a hassle with their customer service reps. Will never use this service again, and I absolutely do not recommend.

DO NOT order from this company. I ordered flowers for an anniversary and paid to have them delivered next day. The delivery was not on time. I contacted customer service three different times. All three people, or robots(I couldn’t tell because their responses were so stupidly generic and unhelpful), were not helpful, and had zero sympathy for not delivering on time. The flowers finally delivered a day late which ruined my surprise. Do yourself a favor and order local. This company is a scam, overpriced, and doesn’t care about customers.

This company is trash! Ordered flowers a full week in advance for my Mother Inlaw’s birthday and it’s 830pm and she still hasn’t received them! Called Customer Service and they literally refused to do anything to help! Their Customer Service is absolute garbage. Beware before you waste your money and time with this company. Apparently now I will have to get my bank involved because they refused to offer a refund!!

Never use them . Ordered flowers a day ahead of wife’s Birthday and received a call next day telling me they would be delivered that day. Showed up 3 days later! Called credit card company and cancelled the charge! Horrible lying business

Very horrible experience, the worst company ever.I ordered flowers to be delivered to my girlfriend same day, but it wasn't delivered.This order was placed 9am and it was promised to be delivered between 5pm to 8pm. I called my lady by 8.30pm, but come to find out it wasn't delivered.Meanwhile, their virtual customer service said,it was delivered by 8pm.I requested to talk to someone live,now the guy told me it's on transit and will be delivered the next day.He said they gonna give me 20% credit back which I declined. The purpose is defeated, I told them I want my full refund back. Hopefully it will be processed .Please never patronize this disorganized horrible company called 1-800 Flowers. They sucks.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Ordered flowers for my son’s high school dance. When they weren’t delivered on time they told me they couldn’t deliver them same day but offered Monday delivery. The event was Sunday night. They never delivered the flowers and I had to argue to get my full refund. They wanted to refund the shipping only, then 50%, finally I got a full refund. I will never use them for anything again.

Did not receive flowers and was not kept updated had to reach out multiple times in the span of a week. Finally gave up and asked for a refund in which I have not received for a 100 order. What a ruined birthday surprise for a friend living across the US

I paid extra for their "guaranteed same day delivery" just to get a voice message stating they will deliver tomorrow. How is that "guaranteed"?? I will get the extra money back I paid to have it delivered today. They are constantly a disappointment.

The pricing is very deceiving! A dozen roses are $14.99. I ordered 2 with a bow. There's a "$5.99 Service fee" ... for just wrapping the flowers in "tape and a basic brown bag" . I also wanted a simple bow which was $3.99 plus tax ... The presentation of these flowers are horrible , I do not recommend this florist. I've seen better at a grocery store . Also this was in total 42.36...

Initially I was upset because they could not guarantee a specific time frame so I cancelled the order. However, they still sent the flowers (i originally ordered 2 items flowers and a messenger bottle) and i was told that I would still receive a refund. I’ll be back to update if the refund does not post.I appreciate the extra effort from the company. Hopefully all goes well with the refund.

On Thursday Aug, 4th, my mom’s 23 year old cat passed, I thought flowers may help, so I paid for next day delivery on August 4th, for an August 5th delivery. Well they never delivered the flowers and never informed they weren’t delivered. I called on Sunday and the said they would reimburse half my money and deliver a plant on Monday, which I was content with. I receive a call later that the flower branch doesn’t have access to correct another branches order and all they could do was reimburse my original order and it would be 10 days before I would see the money back on my card.What kind of messed up world do they live in, where this is remotely acceptable.
