Terrible customer service at this CVS location. I placed an order and was told it would be ready in seconds, which was not true. There was no assistance or urgency from the staff. Completely unacceptable

Every time I visit this CVS, the staff are professional, courteous, and quick to respond. This CVS is extremely busy and I am amazed at how caring and diligent the employees are every time I go there.
