Closed the store before 10 pm when I just had to pick up my pictures they didn’t let me pick it up even when they just closed the door on my face 5 mins before 10 pm

This is not the first time I’ve had a bad experience at this location. I hope they improve both their customer service and their understanding of prescription procedures so other customers don’t have to go through the same frustration.

Terrible customer service at this CVS location. I placed an order and was told it would be ready in seconds, which was not true. There was no assistance or urgency from the staff. Completely unacceptable
