I have currently been waiting on hold for over 37 minutes just so I can ask if they have a medicine in stock. When i first called they answered and said there's 6 calls ahead of me then immediately put me on hold. this is an absolute joke. it shouldn't take this to ask a question that'll take 1 minute to answer

I’ve been sitting waiting for my medication for at least an hour. I received a text that my prescription was filled. However, no one has come to assist. No one even greeted me or acknowledged that I was there. Horrible service every time I visit.

The place is the worst. 1st. Change your signage, you are not a 24 hour pharmacy. 2nd. If the sign says closed for a certain time for lunch close at that time and reopen on time. 3rd. Watching 2 people do everything while 3 stand around doing nothing with a 8 person line is ridiculous

I was calling this pharmacy to find out about the medication that was very important for my six months old daughter I was on the phone more than 30 minutes. Nobody seems like to pick up the phone and this Pharmacy I give up I’m gonna give up on Cvs they don’t have the same service

Terrible service. Delayed refill saying they needed info from my prescriber. Doctor said they had no message from CVS. Waited on hold 45 minutes and no one picked up.

Really bad service. A mess was created over a transfer of a medication. Drive elsewhere so you do not waste your time.

The pharmacist at this location is EXCELLENT ! He’s kind and compassionate. The drive thru has not been open for over a month, which is terribly inconvenient. I was diagnosed with the flu and having to go into the store could be potentially harmful to other customers. Luckily, I had a mask with me to prevent the spread. I am hopeful the drive thru will reopen soon.

Brought prescription in at 8:30pm said it would be ready by 10 pm. Came back to pick up at 10pm stated they were closed and too busy. To give me the prescription.

If I could review this place a 0 star that will be great there is a old lady the works here we were looking for baby milk there was only one that we wanted so we ask her for a small one and it was wright there she said “this is the third time I tell you that there is not” and then she said adios which means buy in English so she was be so raises and she screamed to us and other people

I can’t believe they just told me I can not buy gift cards because the registers are closed. There is a lady behind the register on her phone ! Young girl by the self checkout told me at 11:15pm ,way before the store closes. Sad to see the way these stores don’t hire or train like they use to. Was going to spend $150 in gift cards . She even looked at the girl behind the register but I guess knew not to bother her while on the phone . Just plain lazy getting paid to do what? Horrible service

Don't go to this pharmacy they suck. Have been a few times they always give a time when the prescription will be ready & never accurate. Usually always hours or days longer than what they originally say.

Every time I come here to pick up a prescription, I always wait in line FOREVER! (Inside or drive thru) Everyone just stands around with no urgency to help anyone. Especially the manager Humphrey. Ridiculous! The only positive is that they are 24/7.
