Rented a heavy piece of equipment and Dan was very accommodating in helping me load and unload from the back of my van using a lift. Further away for me than other rental choices but I will be back for the quality of equipment and excellent customer service.”

I created a curbside pickup order the day before for a single can of spray paint. By noon the next day, they couldn't be bothered to pick the item to have it ready for me. I wanted curbside because I didn't want to hassle taking my toddler into the store. The item was available on the shelf. I wanted to talk to a manager, but no one could find one and customer service was too busy. Again, great store, just a bad single experience.”

On the positive side, they have one of the largest selections of tools, building materials, appliances, and garden supplies you’ll find anywhere. you can usually find what you’re looking for in one trip. Many stores have knowledgeable employees who are happy to help, and in-store shopping is straightforward when staff are available. Customers frequently praise specific associates who go out of their way to be helpful, especially on big purchases.”

I love visiting the nursery for some seasonal flowers, they have so many varieties that's different from other nursery. Very conveniently located in the center of John's Creek shopping area.”
