Lance Used Auto Parts is a great place to find quality road tested OEM replacement parts at a fair and value packed price. The staff are professional, super helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. Customers report outstanding customer service from a local business that runs with customers as a priority, and you feel it as soon as you interact with any member of their team. The personnel are helpful and go out of their way to help, often having the needed part in good condition. The process is easy: call, ask for the part, pay over the phone, and pick up, often all the same day. The personnel finds the exact item and retrieves it without hassle for the customer. The place is nice and clean. Some parts may take a few days if not in the warehouse, but purchases come with a 30-day warranty. They are highly recommended.
