“I had 3 lights come on my car. The abs, esc and tpms light. Also the brakes were doing something weird. Called around to see who could do the diagnostic testing for free. True automotive said they could. The customer service was top tier. They took my car in the back and called me back to show me that my axle nut had fallen off which is why the lights came on. The guy was very nice and knowledgeable. He tightened it for free!”

So i took it to Whitleys and told them what I was told they said they can do it for 1500 I'm like ok still high but better than 2500. They fix the leak, I'm ready to pay the 1500 when they guy tells me it's only 125....I'm like what? 125.. he's like yup. Best news ever!”
“I was looking for an excellent reputable mechanic in the Lawrenceville area and all of the reviews led me to this shop - Pro Auto Repair. I needed same day service for an ABS light that came on for Mitshibishi Mirage. The shop diagnosed it and repaired it in the same day for what seems like a reasonable professional cost. It was an electrical short. They also changed the front brake pads and rotors.
The next morning I took my Nissan Xterra in because we had an upcoming road trip and it needed new front struts and had a stalling issue (I was thinking crank/camshaft sensors or bad IPDM). Shop owner advised the stalling issue was probably the camshaft sensor and called me that day and said the valve cover needed to be replaced, front pads and rotors along with doing the struts and camshaft sensor. I needed the car the next day for a unexpected drive out to a funeral and the shop was able to get everything done the same day. I was happy to pay for the service.. Two weeks later I'd driven 2,000 miles and everything had gone fine with the truck.
I will return to this shop. It's a good environment there. I recognize the value I got in return for what I paid.
3 years later these repairs are all still good.”

Another auto shop reported that I needed to replace
(1) rack & pinion due to signs of an oil leak;
(2) control arm with ball joint;
(3) struts with coil springs.
However, after a careful diagnosis, the expert here, Hugo, showed me pictures and patiently explained how these parts work. Hugo concluded that these issues are real but are normal signs of aging and wear, and they currently do not cause any trouble. As for the leakage sign, it is not sever, and the bottom of car is currently nice and clean. He asked me to return in the winter for a diagnosis, when low temperatures might trigger potential leakage concern.”
