I stopped in yesterday to see about a document regarding a loan. I was greeted happily by Arzoo who listened to my inquiry and was able to quickly locate and print the information i requested. She was very knowledgeable about PNC services and quite courteous. Thank you for the stellar customer service !!!

PNC can be frustrating to deal with sometimes, but Ms. Aziz provided excellent customer service and made a difficult situation much easier. I'll probably only go to this branch (Sugarloaf Pkwy) in the future.
