“Alan is extremely personal and the process was enjoyable.I was not informed of escrow being necessary to close. We paid 20% down - and I have never been required to escrow property taxes or home insurance. BTW we paid a year in advance for our homeowners and Ameris shoukd not be collect $10,000 + of my money. Yet charge any kind of fee to remove the escrow. So - after that scenario was cleared up- the process went just fine.”

“Visiting from out of town and I could not make a cash deposit at any of the local atm’s. Finally decided to go into this branch to make a deposit, I made multiple mistakes on my deposit slip . Finally after about four failed attempts the teller helped me find the correct number. Even though I came into the bank looking like a circus clown in my multi colored pajama onesie, one white sock on and one leopard print sock on wearing a pair of bright pint fila slippers I wasn’t judged, I was treated extremely well and I appreciate these ladies from the bottom of my heart. You never know what people are going through in their personal lives and this act of kindness meant a lot”

“This place is great. I was here yesterday for the first time. The teller, a young man, was very nice, and he was very patient of listening to me, an old man who has a limited English speaking... Today, i went here one more time, i received a warm welcome and another teller, a young woman was nice too. She helped me with everything and always had smile on her face... I felt respected when i was here. The staff here is really courteous.”

Even though I left my ID at home to make a wire transfer, the banker waited for me to return. Thank you so much for today's incredible experiences.”

“Customer service at this location is very good, management is very good at addressing issues alongside employees, very good at assessing issues, I'm not sure what the name of the teller that attended me yesterday but she was very proficient at her work, and even if she wasn't able to fix my issue she definitely made it easier to handle, and helped me get directed to someone who could help. I appreciate the time and work they did for me, I will always choose this location over Jimmy Carters Location.”

“Fifth & Third bank is the most recent bank I opened back in 2023. Only have a bank account but not a savings since the economy faced a major set back in recession for almost 5 years now. Not only are 401k crashed but there’s no jobs available to match the economy. 5/3 bank doesn’t charge a monthly maintenance fee & overall a great bank compared to other banks I’ve been a member of for decades.”

“I had a feeling that Carlos would take his personal shortcomings to the internet to vent, and I’m glad that I have the opportunity to be of a character witness and a witness of this specific interaction, since I have always been treated kindly here. Bear in mind that Carlos, specifically, was a rude individual. I witnessed this and sympathized with Brittie while waiting to deposit a check. It saddens me that, out of all the one-star reviews, Truist seems particularly interested in one individual who appears to have a habit of only leaving negative responses. If everyone else is the problem, then maybe it’s time to start looking inward.
