No staff in the branch to help customers! Absolutely horrible! I have been banking with Truist for years. I’ve never been ignored or treated so poorly. It was if I didn’t even exist. No greeting, no service, no help. The worst!

I just went to this location and spoke to Miriam. She could tell I was a bit frustrated because I have been trying to close an account since September. I had some funds transferred and was offered a phone call to confirm my account was closed. Thank you Truist for hiring people that are willing to assist!!!
