Arrived to make open an account before waiting I asked if the mail I brought in was okay for proof of address was told yes. Waited 20 mins for teller to get out the bathroom then waited over an hour to finally be seen just to be told they couldn’t use the mail and wasted my time for nothing.

No drive thru Atm. The front Atm works half of the time. I strongly dislike Atms I have to get out of my car to go to. Everyone feels exposed and prefer the convenience of a drive thru. Especially since most people have to go out of their way to go to find a wells fargos bank. This place is incredibly inconvenient on top... read full comment

Made an appointment for 2:30 to address a cashier’s check issue. While making an appointment it stated that I will receive a 30 minute slot. It’s past 3pm now and I’m still waiting. Unprofessional. I had to make an arrangement at home to accommodate the 30 minute appointment delay.
