The bank has outstanding customer service with employees that are happy, ready to help and very knowledgeable and confident at their job. Wait time is never too long and employees stay late for a last minute someone. The bank is the best and many recommend opening an account today. It gets a lot of business compared to other well fargos and always has at least two tellers who are nice and helpful. Service is excellent with smiles, professional and caring staff, multiple requests handled and an impressive gatekeeper who gave everyone options if they didn’t make an appointment. Overall the bank gives assistance and care.

Been depositing money thru business account almost 2 years now. I can count on one hand, two male employees that are spectacular. The rest not courteous. They are giving that location a bad name. Retrain rehire. Only reason I go back is if those gentlemen wait on me.
